This Privacy Policy explains how Taqyimi (com.nph.teacherevaluation) handles user information, evaluation data, documents, and device permissions.
Taqyimi is designed as a local academic evaluation management tool for university instructors, academics, teachers, and educational professionals.
Taqyimi helps users organize, calculate, document, and prepare their annual academic or professional evaluation records.
The app may allow users to:
Record evaluation scores and activities
Add supporting documents and attachments
Track evaluation progress
Generate reports
Create and restore local backup files
Taqyimi is an independent productivity and organizational tool. It is not an official application of any university, ministry, government authority, or educational institution.
Taqyimi is designed to store and process user data locally on the user’s device.
Information that may be stored locally includes:
Evaluation scores
Evaluation records and activities
Personal profile information entered by the user
Notes
Supporting documents
Images
PDF files
Backup files
The app uses local storage technologies such as SQLite / Room Database and app-specific device storage.
Taqyimi does not automatically upload evaluation data, scores, documents, or attachments to external cloud servers operated by the developer.
Taqyimi requests only permissions required for features selected by the user.
The app may request:
android.permission.CAMERA
The camera is used only when the user chooses to capture an image of a certificate, document, or other supporting evidence.
The camera is not activated in the background.
Captured images are used only for the function requested by the user and are stored locally on the device.
Depending on the Android version and device configuration, the app may use permissions or system file-selection mechanisms related to:

Documents
PDF files
Backup archives
This access is used to allow users to select files or images for evaluation evidence, as well as to export or restore local backup files.
The app is intended to access only content required for functions initiated by the user.
Users may attach files such as:
Images
Certificates
PDF documents
Academic or administrative evidence
These files are used only to organize and document evaluation records.
Taqyimi does not automatically publish or transmit these attachments to other users or external servers.
Taqyimi may allow users to create backup archives containing local evaluation data and attachments.
Backup files may be saved to locations selected or accessible by the user, such as:
Downloads
Documents
Other permitted device storage locations
Users are responsible for protecting backup files and controlling how those files are stored or shared.
Loss of the device, clearing app data, or uninstalling the application may result in loss of locally stored information if no backup is available.
Users retain control over the information stored in the app.
Users may be able to:
Add records
Edit records
Delete records
Delete attachments
Replace supporting files
Restore backup data
Users may also clear the app’s local data through Android system settings.
Uninstalling the application generally removes locally stored application data from the device, although separately exported backup files may remain in locations chosen by the user.
Taqyimi may generate reports or PDF files containing evaluation information entered by the user.
These reports may include:
Evaluation categories
Scores
Activities
Supporting information
Total results
Reports are not automatically transmitted to third parties.
Any saving, printing, exporting, or sharing action is initiated by the user.
The current version of Taqyimi:
Does not display third-party advertisements
Does not contain advertising trackers
Does not use user data for advertising purposes
Does not use behavioral tracking for marketing
Does not sell or rent user data
Does not provide paid subscriptions
Does not contain in-app purchases
The current version is also designed without external analytics services used to monitor user behavior.
If advertising, analytics, cloud services, subscriptions, or other third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated accordingly.
Taqyimi does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
The developer does not automatically receive evaluation scores, documents, attachments, or locally stored records.
If a user chooses to share a report, backup file, image, or document through another application or service, that sharing action is initiated by the user.
Information shared through third-party applications may be subject to the privacy policies of those services.
Taqyimi is designed so that core evaluation data remains stored locally on the user’s device.
Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce unauthorized or unintended access to application data.
However, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting:
Their device
Backup files
Exported reports
Supporting documents
Any files shared outside the application
Taqyimi is designed for university instructors, academics, teachers, and other educational professionals.
The application is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Users are responsible for the information and documents they choose to enter, store, export, or share through the application.
Users are advised not to store unnecessary sensitive information and to protect exported reports and backup files from unauthorized access.
Some features, such as file sharing, printing, or opening exported documents, may use external applications installed on the user’s device.
Taqyimi does not control the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third-party applications.
Users should review the privacy policies of any external services they choose to use.

تحترم إدارة تطبيق Rêga Test خصوصية المستخدمين، وتلتزم بتوضيح كيفية التعامل مع البيانات عند استخدام التطبيق. توضح هذه السياسة أن التطبيق يعمل محليًا على جهاز المستخدم ولا يجمع البيانات الشخصية أو يرسلها إلى خوادم خارجية.
Rêga Test تطبيق تعليمي مستقل يهدف إلى مساعدة المستخدمين على الاستعداد والتدرب لاختبار رخصة القيادة، من خلال أسئلة نصية ومصورة، وتدريبات، واختبارات تجريبية.
التطبيق ليس تطبيقًا رسميًا تابعًا لمديرية المرور أو وزارة الداخلية أو حكومة إقليم كوردستان أو أي جهة حكومية أخرى، ولا يمثل هذه الجهات أو يعمل نيابة عنها.
لا يجمع Rêga Test أي بيانات شخصية من المستخدمين.
لا يطلب التطبيق أو يجمع:
الاسم أو تاريخ الميلاد.
البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف.
الموقع الجغرافي.
جهات الاتصال.
الصور أو الملفات الشخصية.

لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول.
يحفظ التطبيق بعض المعلومات محليًا على جهاز المستخدم لتشغيل ميزاته، وقد تشمل:
اللغة والمظهر المختارين.
حالة إكمال شاشة المقدمة.
الأسئلة المحفوظة.
الأسئلة التي أُجيب عنها بصورة خاطئة.
إحصائيات التدريب.
نتائج ومحاولات الاختبارات التجريبية.
أفضل الدرجات والتقدم المحلي.
تُحفظ هذه المعلومات على جهاز المستخدم فقط، ولا تُرسل إلى المطور أو إلى خوادم خارجية.
يمكن للمستخدم حذف هذه البيانات من خلال خيارات إعادة ضبط التقدم أو حذف سجل الاختبارات داخل التطبيق. كما يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف بياناته المحلية، وفقًا لطريقة إدارة نظام التشغيل لبيانات التطبيقات.
تعمل النسخة الحالية من Rêga Test دون الحاجة إلى الاتصال بالإنترنت، ولا تستخدم خادمًا خارجيًا لمزامنة تقدم المستخدم.
لا تتضمن النسخة الحالية:
مزامنة سحابية.
تسجيل دخول بواسطة Google أو أي خدمة أخرى.
Firebase.
تحليلات استخدام.
إعلانات.
عمليات شراء داخل التطبيق.
إذا أُضيفت أي من هذه الخدمات مستقبلًا، فسيتم تحديث سياسة الخصوصية قبل استخدامها.
لا يطلب التطبيق صلاحيات حساسة مثل:
الموقع.
الكاميرا.
الميكروفون.
جهات الاتصال.
الصور أو التخزين.
الإشعارات.
إذا احتاج إصدار مستقبلي إلى صلاحية جديدة، فسيتم توضيح سبب استخدامها للمستخدم وتحديث هذه السياسة.
لا يبيع التطبيق البيانات الشخصية ولا يؤجرها ولا يشاركها مع جهات خارجية، لأن التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات شخصية من الأساس.
قد تجمع Google بعض المعلومات المرتبطة بتنزيل التطبيق أو تثبيته أو تشغيله من خلال Google Play وخدمات Android، مثل معلومات الجهاز وتقارير الأعطال، وفقًا لسياسة خصوصية Google وإعدادات المستخدم.

لا يستهدف Rêga Test الأطفال بصورة مخصصة، بل هو تطبيق تعليمي للأشخاص الراغبين في الاستعداد لاختبار رخصة القيادة.
لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية من الأطفال أو البالغين، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات موجهة للأطفال.
نظرًا إلى أن بيانات التقدم تُحفظ محليًا على جهاز المستخدم، تعتمد حمايتها أيضًا على حماية الجهاز ونظام التشغيل. ننصح المستخدم بالحفاظ على قفل جهازه وتحديث نظام التشغيل بانتظام.
لا يستطيع المطور استعادة البيانات المحلية المحذوفة، لأنها لا تُخزن على خادم خارجي.
تبقى بيانات التقدم محفوظة على الجهاز إلى أن يقوم المستخدم بأحد الإجراءات التالية:
إعادة ضبط التقدم من داخل التطبيق.
حذف سجل الاختبارات.
مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز.
إزالة التطبيق من الجهاز.
لا يحتفظ المطور بنسخة خارجية من هذه البيانات.
لأن التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات شخصية على خادم، فلا توجد بيانات شخصية لدى المطور لطلب الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو نقلها.
يملك المستخدم التحكم في بياناته المحلية من خلال إعدادات التطبيق وإعدادات الجهاز.
لا تحتوي النسخة الحالية من التطبيق على روابط خارجية تجمع بيانات المستخدم. إذا أُضيفت روابط أو خدمات خارجية مستقبلًا، فقد تخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالجهات المشغلة لها.
قد تُحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تغيير طريقة عمل التطبيق أو للامتثال لمتطلبات قانونية أو تنظيمية.
سيُنشر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى هذه الصفحة، وقد يتم إشعار المستخدم داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا.
