Siza Developers ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Tap The Circle – Reflex Challenge (the "Game"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our Game.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Game is designed to run entirely offline, and we do not collect or share any of your personal information.
Tap The Circle is a fully offline game.

Game Progress & Settings: Any game data—including your High Score, Best Level, Total Games Played, and gameplay preferences (sound effects, haptic feedback settings, theme preference)—is stored strictly on your local device using standard local storage (SharedPreferences). We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to any external server.
The Game does not require any dangerous permissions to run, nor does it request access to:
Your contacts, camera, microphone, or media files.
Your location (GPS or network-based).
Internet or network state.
It only utilizes basic device features required for normal gameplay, such as local haptic engines (vibration) for tap feedback.
We do not use any third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics tools, or advertising networks that collect or track your data. The Game is 100% free of:
Firebase / Supabase SDKs
Google Analytics or other usage tracking frameworks
Ad networks (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads)
Social media integrations
Because our Game does not collect any personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
