Naimat Digital built the TapRush app as an ad-supported game. This Service is provided by Naimat Digital at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use TapRush. By using TapRush, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

TapRush does not require users to create an account using an email address, phone number, or password. However, we collect and store the following types of information:

1. Gameplay & Usage Data We store gameplay-related data such as:

• Best scores, current streaks, and practice mode progress.

• Sound, music, and vibration preferences.

• How-to-play tutorial status.

• Usage Statistics: We collect anonymous data regarding your gameplay activity, such as total taps, hits, and progress milestones, to help us analyze game difficulty and improve the user experience.

2. Advertising Data TapRush uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect information such as:

• Device information and Advertising ID.

• App interaction data, approximate location, and IP address.

• Diagnostic data and identifiers used for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and ad measurement.

3. Log Data & Analytics When you use TapRush, third-party services collect technical information, including:

• Device name, operating system version, and app configuration.

• IP address, time and date of use, and crash/diagnostic information via Firebase Crashlytics.

• App performance and usage statistics via Firebase Analytics.

4. Push Notifications If you choose to opt-in, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications regarding your game progress, such as reminders to maintain your daily streak.

Third-Party Services

TapRush utilizes the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and platform features.

• Google AdMob: For advertisement serving and personalization.

• Firebase (Google): For Analytics, Crashlytics (crash reporting), and Cloud Messaging (notifications).

Use of Information

The information collected is used to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the game experience.

• Save scores, streaks, and gameplay progress.

• Display leaderboard records (if leaderboard features are enabled).

• Provide and measure the performance of rewarded and interstitial ads.

• Detect network availability for ad loading.

• Improve app stability and performance via crash reporting.

• Prevent abuse, fraud, and invalid ad activity.

• Send push notifications regarding gameplay reminders or updates (only if you have opted in).

Data Sharing

Naimat Digital does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Google Play Services, Firebase) as described in their own respective privacy policies. Leaderboard information (player name, best score, streak) may be visible to other users inside the game.

Data Retention

• Local data: Gameplay progress remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

• Leaderboard data: Stored in Firebase Realtime Database and retained until you request deletion or the data is no longer needed for leaderboard functionality.

Data Deletion

If you wish to have your leaderboard player name, best score, or streak removed from our systems, please send a deletion request to naimatdigital@gmail.com. Please include your leaderboard player name in the request so we can locate your record.

Children’s Privacy

TapRush is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us at naimatdigital@gmail.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
