This policy explains how Tap Business Tycoon (“the Game”), a mobile game developed by CGL Studio, handles personal data.
You do not need an account to play, and the Game never asks for your name, email address, phone number or device location. Your game progress is saved on your own device. The Game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads, Google Analytics for Firebase for usage statistics, and Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat for optional in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal data.
The Game only shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, for example to double your income for a few hours. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may process your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID; on iPhone the IDFA only if you allow tracking), approximate location derived from your IP address, device information and your interactions with ads. On iPhone you are asked for permission to track; if you decline, non-personalised ads are shown and the whole Game remains playable. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see Google's consent form and can change their choice later with “Ad privacy settings” in the Game menu. To improve the Game we measure in-game events such as finishing the tutorial, opening businesses, selling the company, daily rewards, achievements, league rewards, watched rewarded ads, purchases and the chosen language. Along with these, the device model, operating system version, language, app version, a random app instance ID and country or city-level location derived from your IP address are processed. This data is not used to identify you and is kept for at most 14 months. You can turn measurement off at any time with “Usage statistics” in the Game menu; no new data is sent once it is off.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases: gold packs and a one-time “No Ads + Permanent 2×” pack. Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or payment details. Purchases are verified and restored with RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives a randomly generated user ID, purchase records (product, date, price, currency, country) and device and app information. RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. You can restore the one-time pack on a new device with “Restore purchases” in the Game menu.
If you allow notifications, the Game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your managers have collected income). These reminders are created on the device itself; nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off with “Notifications” in the Game menu or in your phone's settings.
Your game progress and settings are stored on your own device and are not sent to us. Deleting the Game deletes this information. The country league in the Game is a simulation: your score is not uploaded and no other player sees it.
Usage statistics are deleted automatically at the end of their retention period, and turning off “Usage statistics” stops new data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. To have your purchase records at RevenueCat deleted, email us at the address below with the date and store of your purchase; we will handle your request within 30 days. Purchases themselves belong to your Google Play or App Store account.
The Game is intended for players aged 18 and over and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the “Last updated” date changes.

Oyunda isteğe bağlı oyun içi satın almalar vardır: altın paketleri ve tek seferlik “Reklamsız + Kalıcı 2×” paketi. Ödemeyi Google Play ya da App Store alır; kart ve ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Satın almalar RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) ile doğrulanır ve geri yüklenir: RevenueCat'e rastgele üretilmiş bir kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma kayıtları (ürün, tarih, fiyat, para birimi, ülke) ve cihaz ile uygulama bilgileri gider. Oyun ilerlemeniz ve ayarlarınız kendi cihazınızda saklanır ve bize gönderilmez. Oyunu sildiğinizde bu bilgiler de silinir. Oyundaki ülke ligi bir benzetimdir: puanınız sunucuya yüklenmez ve başka oyuncular görmez.
Kullanım istatistikleri saklama süresi sonunda kendiliğinden silinir; “Kullanım istatistikleri”ni kapatmak yeni veri gönderimini durdurur. Reklam kimliğinizi telefonunuzun ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsiniz. RevenueCat'teki satın alma kayıtlarınızın silinmesi için satın alma tarihini ve mağazayı yazarak aşağıdaki adrese e-posta gönderin; isteğiniz en geç 30 gün içinde karşılanır. Satın almaların kendisi Google Play ya da App Store hesabınıza aittir.
Oyun 18 yaş ve üstü oyunculara yöneliktir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
