Hz Network ("we", "us") built the Tap Tower app as a free arcade game. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our app.
Information Collection and Use
Tap Tower stores your best score locally on your device. The app also uses Google Play Games Services to offer a global leaderboard. When you view or use the leaderboard, Tap Tower connects to Google Play Games Services, which may collect information such as your Google Play Games player ID and the scores you submit, in order to show leaderboard rankings. This sign-in happens automatically through your device's existing Google Play Games account. Tap Tower does not require you to create a separate account, and does not ask you to sign in directly. This data is handled by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Tap Tower itself does not access, store, or share this data beyond what's needed to show you the leaderboard. The app does not use analytics or advertising tracking SDKs, and requests no device permissions other than internet access, which is needed for the leaderboard to work.
Sharing Your Score
If you choose to tap the "Share" button on the game-over screen, Tap Tower generates an image of your score and hands it to your device's standard share menu (for example, Messages or a social app of your choosing). This is an action you initiate yourself. Tap Tower does not automatically send any data anywhere, and we do not have access to what you choose to share or with whom.
Advertising
Tap Tower does not currently show ads. A future version of the app may display ads served by Google AdMob. When that happens, Google may collect and use certain data (such as your advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's own Privacy & Terms (policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). You will be able to manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings. This policy will be updated when ads are introduced, and the in-app Data safety and Ads declarations on Google Play will be updated accordingly at that time.
Children's Privacy
Tap Tower is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
