We collect your device and network connection information for analytical purpose only when you use our App. This information includes your device brand, the model of your device, your network status, etc.

When you access our applications, we may also collect your Unique Device ID, The information is collected in order to determine the aggregate number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service, to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties in association with your Unique Device ID without your explicit permission.

2.Information You Provide To Us

You choose to give us certain information when using our services. This includes but not limited to: When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login credentials and your language preferences.

3.Information You Generate Using Our Services

When you use our Services, we will collect information on the ways you use and interact with our services, such as: Data about your account and game progress, How long and often you return to use our apps and games, In app purchases you make and consume.

4.Information collected by our Monetization Partners

Some of the third-party monetization SDKs integrated in our app may access your information for the purpose of ad optimization. Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party monetization partners, as they have their own privacy policies which can be viewed below. We have no access to or control over such third parties. However, we have a routine procedure to scan all third-party SDKs to detect if they collect sensitive user information.

5.Information collected by Third-Party Analytical Tools

Our app integrates SDKs from several analytical service providers for app optimization purpose. These third-party SDKs may also collect your information such as GAID or IDFA, region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. How Do We Use This Information?

The primary use of the personal information we collect and store is to provide you with the Services you request from us and to improve the experience. But, there are other uses as well, such as:

Improving and optimizing our Services

Saving your account information and game progress, no matter the device and platform you use to access our apps and service.

Showing personalized advertisements to support the Service.

Providing technical support and resolving customer support inquiries

Communicating with you about updates to the apps and promotional offers we believe might be of interest to you

Managing in game events, online tournaments, contests, or sweepstakes (that you agree to participate in).

How Is Your Information Stored?

For the information we collect, some is only stored on your device locally and some is stored safely in encrypted format in our servers located in AWS. We have strict policies to control access and usage of such data. If you would like to have your information deleted, please contact us.

How Is Your Information Shared?

We never share your information with third parties. All the information we collect is only for the purpose of optimizing our product and providing personalized features and contents for you and it is safely stored in our server in an encrypted format. The information will not be disclosed to any third parties.

What Important Permissions We Request?

Here we explain all important permissions that our app requests. These permissions are necessary for our app to perform certain features.

1. Read the contents of your storage

Save pictures in your system album. Edit and store your picture on external storage.

2. Full network access and receive data from Internet

This permission allows us to access the device's network for functions including downloading pictures.

European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil (collectively, “Designated Countries”)

Consent: If you are located in the Designated Countries, we must first obtain your consent so that we and our Partners can collect and process your personal information. If you provide consent, we will collect, use, share, and otherwise process all the personal information for the purposes described above.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your device settings:

On Android devices, you can withdraw your consent by enabling Opt out of Ads Personalization under Settings/Google/Ads on your Android device then restarting this app.

If you withdraw consent, we will no longer collect, use, or share personal information unless we have another legal basis for storing your personal information. If you decide you do not want a personalized advertising experience, we will not use your personal information for this purpose. However, we will still serve you contextual advertising – ads targeted to the content or type of app you are using. We will also still process your personal information when necessary to comply with law (for example, collect your IP address to perform a lookup of your country so that we know whether you are located in the European Countries).

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

You can manage many aspects of information collection and use from your device by visiting “settings” page on your mobile device and reviewing the access permission for each Tap Coloring's app.

Residents of the European Countries have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.

Please note that because most of the information we store can only identify a particular browser or device, and cannot directly identify you personally, you may need to provide us with some additional information to enable us to identify the personal information we hold about you and ensure that we accurately fulfil your request and do not infringe on the privacy rights of other individuals.

United States (excluding California) and Other Countries

Opt Out: If you are located in the United States (excluding California) or another country outside the European Countries, you can opt out of receiving personalized advertising by changing your device settings, per methods above.

Managing Third-Party Apps and Platform Information Sharing

To manage the information Tap Coloring receives from a third-party application or platform where you play our apps and games, like Facebook, Google, or Microsoft, you will need to follow the third-party application's instructions for updating your information and changing your privacy settings.

State of California

We adopted this policy to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this policy. The information we collect is all above in the policy. We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collect for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice. We will not sell your personal information to any party. If in the future, we anticipate selling your personal information to any party, we will provide you with the opt-out and opt-in rights required by the CCPA.

Data Retention

Tap Coloring will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and where we have ongoing legitimate business needs to do so (for example, to provide the Services, to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements, to enforce our agreements or comply with our legal obligations) unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Otherwise, we will take reasonable measures to delete your personal information from our records.

Children's Privacy

Tap Coloring does not knowingly collect, maintain, or share personal information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions and the European or United States Countries, under the age of 16). We take children’s’ privacy seriously and encourage parents/guardians to play an active role in their children’s online experience.
