Tao Karate Club was founded by Soke Shihan Jeff Wood. Tao Karate Club is located in Central and Midcoast Maine. Tao means "the way". There are two locations of the Tao Karate Club. At each location you can find the class that suits your needs whether that is for beginners, intermediate or advanced martial artists. The Tao Karate Club instructs in the Mu Duk Kwon style of Tae Kwon Do, as well as training in traditional Okinawan Weapons and the Tao Ju system of kata, weapons, and self defense.
