SERDIA IT SRL ("we", "us", or "our") built the Tankr application as a commercial app. This Service is provided by SERDIA IT SRL and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose information when you use Tankr.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide and improve the Service, we collect and process specific types of information. The information we request is retained by us or processed on our behalf by third-party service providers and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Game Data
Your public World of Tanks in-game username and public in-game statistics, including battles, win rate, damage, tank-specific performance, WN8, WTR, and related performance metrics.
Search Data
Player names or search queries entered in the app, recently viewed players, and related region selections used to provide search and quick access features.
App Activity
Analytics events regarding how you interact with the app’s features.
Device and Network Information
Device identifiers, installation IDs, operating system version, and IP addresses required to operate the app, sync subscription states, verify app integrity, and route network requests.
Diagnostic Data
Crash logs and performance diagnostics used to identify and fix bugs.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to facilitate the Service, process data on our behalf, and analyze app usage. These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, purchase verification data, or network information as needed to provide their services.
Google Play Services & Google Play Billing
Used for Android app services and Android subscription processing.
Apple App Store / StoreKit
Used for iOS subscription processing, purchase transactions, subscription management, and refund/cancellation handling through Apple.
RevenueCat
Used to manage and verify in-app subscription state and entitlements. RevenueCat and app store services process subscription identifiers, product IDs, entitlement status, and purchase verification data on our behalf.
Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics
Used for app usage analytics and crash reporting.
Firebase App Check / Device Integrity APIs
Used to verify that network requests originate from genuine installations of the app across supported mobile operating systems.
Firebase AI / Vertex AI / Gemini by Google
Used to generate AI Rank analysis. Public in-game statistics, such as battles, win rate, damage, tank performance, and related gameplay metrics, may be processed by this service to produce the analysis. No payment information or private account credentials are sent to the AI service.
Wargaming.net API
Used to retrieve public World of Tanks player statistics.
XVM / modxvm.com
Used to retrieve WN8 expected values for local statistical calculations.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Verification
Tankr offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Direct payment transactions, including credit card processing, are securely handled by the official app store platforms. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information.
To verify Pro access, Tankr uses app store services and RevenueCat to process purchase verification data, product identifiers, entitlement status, and subscription status. This allows us to provide premium access without handling your financial data directly.
4. Intellectual Property and Wargaming.net API
Tankr is an unofficial third-party application. It is not created, sponsored, endorsed, approved by, or officially connected to Wargaming.net.
World of Tanks names, logos, images, statistics, and in-game content are owned by Wargaming.net or its licensors. Tankr uses public Wargaming.net developer APIs to provide core data. We claim no ownership over raw game data. Use of the Wargaming API is subject to the Wargaming Developer Partner Program Terms of Service.
5. Security and Data Encryption
We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. Data transmitted between the Tankr app, our backend services, and third-party APIs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols such as HTTPS/TLS.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain subscription status, support app functionality, and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account identifiers and associated backend data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, we will delete applicable data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of consent in your region. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for updates.
9. Suspension, Termination & Refund Abuse
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to Tankr, including both free and premium features, and to refuse future subscriptions, purchases, or account access where we reasonably determine that a user has:
• Abused or attempted to abuse our free trial, subscription, cancellation, or refund policies;
• Requested refunds after intentionally consuming premium features, services, or content;
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unlawful behavior;
• Violated these Terms of Service or any applicable laws;
• Attempted to exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, circumvent, or misuse the Service or its security mechanisms;
• Infringed or attempted to infringe our intellectual property rights or legitimate business interests.
Following a refund, revocation, chargeback, or determination of refund abuse, Tankr may immediately revoke premium entitlements and suspend or permanently deny future access to the Service, including future subscriptions, purchases, or account creation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to enforce these restrictions, including the use of account-based, subscription-based, purchase-based, device-based, payment-related, or other technical identifiers, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
