SERDIA IT SRL ("we", "us", or "our") built the Tankr application as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by SERDIA IT S.R.L. and is intended for use "as is". This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.
To provide and improve our Service, we collect and process specific types of information. The information we request is retained by us or on our behalf by third-party processors and used as described in this privacy policy:
Game Data: Your public World of Tanks in-game username and public in-game statistics (including battles, win rate, damage, tank-specific performance, WN8, and WTR).
App Activity: Analytics events regarding how you interact with the app's features.
Device and Network Information: Device identifiers, installation IDs, operating system version, and IP addresses required to operate the app, sync subscription states, and route network requests.

Firebase AI (Vertex AI / Gemini, by Google): To generate the AI Rank analysis. Your in-game statistics (battles, win rate, damage, etc.) are processed by this service to produce the analysis. "Tankr" offers premium features ("Pro Plan") through auto-renewing subscriptions. All direct payment transactions (including credit card processing) are securely handled by Google Play Billing. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information.
To verify your Pro Plan access, our secure backend (via Firebase Cloud Functions) processes and stores pseudonymous purchase verification data, specifically your purchase token, product ID/SKU, and subscription verification status. This allows us to sync your premium access across installations without handling your financial data.
Tankr is an unofficial third-party application. It is not created, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Wargaming.net. All World of Tanks images, logos, statistics, and in-game content are the intellectual property of Wargaming.net. We utilize the public Wargaming.net Developer API to provide our core data. We claim no ownership over the raw game data. Use of the Wargaming API is subject to the Wargaming Developer Partner Program Terms of Service.
We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data transmitted between the Tankr app, our backend services, and third-party APIs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain your subscription status, and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data. You can request the deletion of your account/identifiers and associated backend data by contacting us directly at the email provided below. Upon request, we will securely delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing compliance.
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region). If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
