“As we try to keep up with the current situation, sports have also adapted to the new norms. While it is important for everyone to be safe, most especially to our students who are at home, it is important that we innovate and improvise sports as we strengthen the foundation and basic physical skills of every individual while also making it competitive. This is a chance for all of us to reconnect, recreate, and re-establish our team spirit and unite us towards one common goal,” PCC Athletic Director and SC Sports Committee Consultant Mr. Jounah Elegores said. “With the additional events that were added during this year’s E-Sportsfest, it is evident that PCCians are really committed and responsive to the changing times,” he also added.
Office of the Student Affairs Head Mrs. Winsdy Joy Marcos also added “With the limited interaction of online classes, the E-Sportsfest was a venue to foster the team spirit among batchmates and camaraderie among batches. It was also an opportunity for the students to do something fun and productive for themselves and for their batch as well.”
