Six guest speakers were invited to share their preparations, experiences, and insights as they journeyed through their college lives. The guest speakers are all graduates from Batch 2017 Aristodemos, namely:

Certificates of Appreciation to the Guest Speakers
The forum proper was divided into three parts: the one-word description, the fast talk, and the open discussion.
For the first segment, speakers were separated into two groups wherein an image was shown on-screen for them to describe using a single word. Then, the second segment was held where speakers must key in two preferences concerning college and university life. Lastly, an open discussion was conducted with the chosen questions surveyed from those provided by the Grade 12 student attendees. A question-and-answer portion was also held after the forum to address the students' concerns and questions.
Senior High School Personal Development teacher Mr. John Leo Lavendia closed the program with his remarks, "So before you leave PCC and flap your wings in flight on an unfamiliar horizon, may you bring all the experiences, lessons, and pieces of advice up to this point on your new journey, new struggle, and new learnings in life," he said.
12C students Clark Angelo Siao and Angelyn Ganipan served as the event’s moderators.
