The programs ended with a concluding speech by Dr. Kotah where she gave her words of wisdom to the participants as well as the audience. It is through activities like these that we can further appreciate the Chinese culture. It is also a chance for everyone, including the teachers, to learn and grow from these kinds of programs. Though the limits of online learning have made us feel distant, the Chinese Singing Contest allowed everyone to close the distance and bring us closer together.
