Tandra combines heavy seven string guitars, bass and drums with the melodies of the accordion and flute. The songs blends Celtic and Viking culture with traces of progressive and melodic Death metal, seeking to bring a theme still little explored in Brazilian metal.

Formed in 2016, the band is now going through a new phase focused on their own compositions. After releasing their first single called Open the Bar in 2017, Tandra played several shows with big names of Brazilian metal, like Angra, Krisiun, Soulspell, Malefactor among others. In 2018 the band released another single called Time and Eternity which received wide acceptance from the public. They are now finalizing their first album that will be released in August 2019.

Tandra are Christopher Schmitt Knop on guitar and vocals, Felipe Franco on bass and vocals, Gefferson Franco on guitar and backing vocals, Felipe Ribeiro on flutes & backing vocals, Carlos Linzmeyer on accordion and Max Waltrick on drums & percussion.
