Tally App Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Tally (“we”, “our”, or “us”)
collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application
(the “App”).

Tally collects and stores the following types of data: User Account Information: When you
sign up or use Tally, we collect your email address and password to create and manage your
account. Score Data: We collect data related to sports scores that you input, including
personal and shared scores between your friends. Device Information: Basic device data
such as device type, operating system, and app version may be collected for performance
and troubleshooting purposes. Firebase Data: Tally uses Google Firebase for authentication,
analytics, and database services. Firebase may collect information as outlined in Google’s
Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to: Provide, maintain, and improve Tally’s features and
functionality. Store and sync your scores between devices. Facilitate friend-based score
sharing and comparison. Monitor app performance and fix issues. Ensure account security
and prevent misuse.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Firebase’s cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable steps
to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no
method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information. Data may only be shared: With
Firebase (as part of core app functionality). To comply with legal obligations or requests from
law enforcement when required by law.
User Control and Data Retention
You can access, update, or delete your data within the app at any time. If you wish to

Children’s Privacy
Tally is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children
under 13. If we discover that such data has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the app,
and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
