This Privacy Policy explains how Replayable Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use Talli (the “App”).
By using Talli, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Talli does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address or other direct personal information to play.
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the contents of your message and any technical details or screenshots you choose to include.
Talli may collect game scores and basic gameplay statistics. This information is used to provide features such as global records, average scores and other game statistics.
Scores are not intentionally associated with your name, email address or a Talli user account.
When you use the App, Talli and its third-party service providers may automatically process technical information such as:
Device type and model
Operating system and app version
Language and general device settings
IP address
Advertising or device identifiers
General location inferred from the IP address
App interactions, such as app launches, taps and advertisement interactions
Diagnostic information, including crashes, errors, performance and loading information
The exact information processed may depend on your device, region, privacy choices and the services available in your version of the App.
Talli uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner and rewarded advertisements.
Depending on your location and consent choices, Google may use device and advertising information to provide personalized, non-personalized, limited or technical advertisements.
You may be presented with privacy or consent choices where required. You may also manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings and Google privacy settings.
We use information collected through Talli to:
Provide and maintain the App
Operate game features and calculate scores and statistics
Display global or aggregate game records
Display and manage advertisements
Diagnose crashes, errors and technical problems
Improve performance, stability and gameplay
Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Talli uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Realtime Database, to store and process game scores and game-related statistics.
Google may process technical and service information necessary to provide Firebase services.
We use Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process information such as IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information and general location derived from an IP address.
Google’s handling of information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, regulation or legal process
Respond to a valid request from a court, government authority or law-enforcement agency
Protect the security, rights or property of Talli, its users or others
Investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents
We retain different categories of information as follows:
Local game progress, preferences and settings remain on your device until:
You delete them through the App, where that option is available
You clear Talli’s storage through your device settings
You uninstall the App
Uninstalling Talli or clearing its storage deletes locally stored App data from that device.
Game scores and gameplay statistics stored in Firebase may be retained indefinitely so that Talli can maintain historical records, global best scores and aggregate statistics.
These records are not intentionally connected to a Talli account, name or email address.
Where a score can be reasonably identified from the information included in a deletion request, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it.
Aggregate or anonymized statistics that cannot reasonably be associated with an individual user may be retained indefinitely.
Information processed directly by Google AdMob, Google Firebase or other Google services is retained according to Google’s own retention policies.
We do not control all retention periods applied independently by these third-party providers.
Emails and other support communications may be retained for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations or protect our legal rights.
Information required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

You can also delete locally stored data by uninstalling Talli.
The exact names of these options may vary depending on your Android device.
Talli does not provide user accounts, so we may not always be able to associate remotely stored scores with a particular person.

To help us locate the relevant information, include as much of the following as possible:
The game mode
The approximate score
The approximate date and time when the score was submitted
Your country or time zone
Your device model
Any other details that may help identify the relevant record
Do not include passwords, financial information or other sensitive information in your request.
We will review the request and delete information that we can reasonably identify as relating to you, unless retention is required by law or for security, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Because Talli does not use accounts or attach direct personal identifiers to submitted scores, we may be unable to locate or verify ownership of a specific anonymous score. Aggregate or anonymous information that cannot reasonably be linked to you may remain in our statistics.
Some advertising and technical information is processed independently by Google. You can manage or delete certain Google-related information using your Google account privacy controls, advertising settings and Android device settings.
We cannot directly delete information controlled independently by Google.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to information associated with you
Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Opt out of personalized advertising
Submit a complaint to a relevant data-protection authority
Because Talli does not use user accounts, we may require reasonable information to locate relevant records and verify a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Talli.
Information sent between the App and its service providers is transmitted using encrypted network connections where supported. Access to remotely stored information is limited to the services and persons that require it to operate, secure or maintain the App.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Talli does not knowingly request names, contact details or user accounts from children.
Advertisements and third-party services may process device and technical information as described in this Privacy Policy. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.
Our third-party providers may process information on servers located outside your country.
Where required, these providers use legal and security mechanisms intended to protect information transferred internationally.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Talli, our service providers, applicable laws or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the beginning of this policy. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
