TalentQSpeak ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TalentQSpeak mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App on iOS or Android.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies, and token-based authentication.
Account data is retained while your account is active
Assessment audio recordings are retained for up to 90 days after processing
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The App may be used by learners of all ages, including children preparing for Cambridge YLE exams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us to have it removed.

By downloading or using TalentQSpeak, you agree to these Terms.
TalentQSpeak provides AI-powered English speaking assessments and feedback for educational and practice purposes. Assessment types include IELTS Speaking, Cambridge YLE Speaking (Starters, Movers, Flyers), and Scripted Speaking.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Assessments require credits, which can be purchased as credit packs or through subscription plans
Credits are non-transferable
Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period
Subscription renewals are managed by your app store account
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
To cancel a subscription, manage it through your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies
Scores and feedback are generated by AI for practice and educational purposes only. They do not constitute official IELTS or Cambridge certifications. Actual exam results may vary.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Submit audio containing inappropriate or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the App
Share your account credentials or create multiple accounts
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by TalentQSpeak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
How do I get started?
Download TalentQSpeak from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account using your email, Apple ID, or Google account. Choose an assessment type, record your response, and receive AI-powered feedback.
How do credits work?
Each assessment requires credits. Purchase credit packs for one-time use, or subscribe to a monthly plan for regular credits. Your balance is displayed on the home screen.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TalentQSpeak
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TalentQSpeak
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google. Visit their respective support pages to submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account in the App. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
My assessment is stuck on "processing"
Assessments typically complete within 2–5 minutes. Pull down to refresh. If it remains stuck for more than 30 minutes, please contact us.
