Digital Banking Graduate Programme
The Digital Specialist Graduate Program is a holistic 18-month scheme to train the next generation of tech leaders. During this 18-month program, you will work within our delivery teams and support the development of critical banking applications including software development, IT application services and digital capabilities in various domains ranging from data, trading and automation to enterprise workflow and HR tech.
You will receive technical training, on-the-job coaching, tech leadership development and mentoring from our Master Trainers, all while working side-by-side with senior staff. You will gain real-world development experience rotating between multiple projects and teams. You will learn to apply Agile and DevOps practices to your work and assume progressively increasing responsibility as you grow your skills.
Upon successful completion of the program, you could be offered a permanent placement that aligns with your skills and career aspirations at Innovation Hub 2.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS:
No working experience required. Familiarity with Java, Python, C or SQL is a bonus but not essential as you'll receive all the training you need to succeed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or similar domain; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous although not mandatory
Strong quantitative analytical and reasoning skills
Passion for using technology to solve complex problems
Be a team player who communicates effectively and professionally in English
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of composure
Be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy taking on new and challenging tasks
