ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives

2. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation

3. Prepare project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet budget

4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

5. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

6. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

7. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

8. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience in applications development

3. Thorough understanding of testing process across manual, automation, performance, etc. and associated tools, with ability to define and create test strategy including for the same

4. Understand the technology infrastructure, server and network platform requirements.

5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, CSTE, CSM would be an added advantage

6. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

7. Experience seeing projects through the full Testing and Development life cycle

8. Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

9. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

10. Good communication skills in managing customer expectations"

We’re looking for a full-time RPA Developer with experience in all phases of design and development life cycle of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The engineer should have a robust blend of technical, programming and business facing skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and configure RPA robots

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders for business automation tool upgrades, innovative tool evaluations and configuration of new RPA tools

3. Work with internal or external stakeholders to understand processes and automate the selected business process with RPA tools

4. R&D new technologies, creating technical specifications and test plans, working with multiple coding languages and writing operational documentation with stakeholders for automation projects

5. Improve skills in RPA by completing online/classroom training or certification

6. Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary

7. Application or Technology You Would Use:

a. UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

b. Microsoft Power Automate Platform

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A computer science, information systems, software engineering, business, or related field degree with a genuine interest in technology

2. Experience with software development, coding, programming concepts, or process/workflow design

3. A self-starter and fast learner who delivers high-quality work and able to adapt to new challenges

4. Active collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
