Job Offer
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organisation to be in line with client’s guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
2. Defines customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
3. Monitor all license expiry and alert supervisor if license expiring.
4. Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
5. Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
6. Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
7. Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
8. Collaborates with other team members (e.g when deployed patches have issues)
9. Handle DR activities.
10. Participate in client’s AGM infra management setup & monitoring during event.
11. Standby 24/7 for server related issues.
12. Familiar with Wintel is a must.
13. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly report (including Saturday & Sunday)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Windows Server
a. Able to install and configure Windows Servers, add/remove Server Role & features.
b. Know how to perform Windows Server maintenance, basic troubleshooting skills (IIS, MSSQL, etc).
c. Familiar with PowerShell to perform tasks.
2. Microsoft Active Directory
a. Must understands the structure of client’s organizational unit (OU)
b. Able to read and apply Group Policy Object (GPO)
c. Strong knowledge in using PowerShell to perform task in Active Directory Module.
d. Regularly check and troubleshoot AD Replication status between Domain Controllers.
e. Maintain & perform DNS clean up.
3. Microsoft Exchange Server
a. Must understands the differences between client’s mailboxes.
b. Regularly check and maintain mailboxes replication between Exchange Servers.
c. Able to manage mailbox resources (clean up resources mailbox), able to read, create and edit mail rules.
d. Know how to use Exchange Management Shell to perform task and troubleshooting.
4. Shared Folder & Drives
a. Understands client’s shared drives.
b. Able to create and edit Replication Group and Folders using DFS Management.
c. Regularly check replication status and report between PRD and DRY servers.
d. Able to use DFSN Module in PowerShell to troubleshoot replication issues.
5. System Center Operation Manager (SCOM)
a. Able to read, understand SCOM alerts, install, create and authoring Management Packs.
b. Know how to create reports & notification, deploy, install and troubleshoot SCOM agents.
6. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
a. Know how to create, deploy Software Update Groups.
b. Able to create and deploy Application & Packages.
c. Able to groups Device Collections, install & manage SCCM Sites Server.
d. Know how o create and manage Boundaries & Distribution Points
e. Know how to perform SCCM Queries & Reports.
7. Sophos Endpoint Security (Anti-Virus)
a. Create, edit and manage Sophos Policies.
b. Know how to manage Sophos Update and Distribution
c. Able to read and compile report
8. VMware VSphere
a. Able to create & deploy virtual machines
b. Familiar with Vsphere Client
c. Know how to pull servers health and performance report
d. Know how to troubleshoot Vmware alerts
