Job Offer
To ensure smooth running of Call Center Operation. A major area of Customer Care Executive is to perform incident management for HeiTech’s project. The calls are logged, do first level troubleshooting and will be assigned to the respective person for resolutions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Incident Receiving, Logging and Prioritization
a. Receiving customer problems via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
b. Customer details and description of problems received will be logged into HeiTech’s Helpdesk System.
c. Problem ticket number will be generated automatically. The problem ticket number to be given to the customer for future reference
Incident Assignment, Diagnosis and Escalation
a. To identify the nature of problems and will assign severity level to the problem depending on its criticality and impact.
b. The Analyst will perform 1st level trouble shooting using the tools available at the first level support.
c. Should the analyst not able to solve the problem, it will be escalated to the second level support through the Problem Management System and other mechanisms i.e. telephone, e-mail or SMS.
d. The occurrences of Severity 1 problems will be notified to IT Department via Problem Management System alert as well as SMS.
Incident Resolution
a. To inform customer and close the problem log for incident resolution.
b. To follow up with the second level support or contractors until the problem resolved and close the problem and update the users.
Incident Reporting and Reviewing
a. To continuously review outstanding problems and follow up of problems at 2nd level.
b. To update in the Helpdesk System upon getting important information, feedback from second level/vendor or any action taken by Analyst/second level/vendor in order to resolve the problem.
c. To produce and sent to relevant teams as required by the customers.
Network Monitoring of branch connectivity
a. To perform Proactive monitoring and inform the affected customers, and trigger Incidence Management and Resolution.
b. The engineer monitors the connectivity operations from the system monitoring tool and attends to all customers’ problems detected by the system.
To ensure all problems are managed as per SLA (if required).
To standby for node preventive maintenance, disaster testing and relocation.
To ensure unresolved problems assigned to second level support or vendor are being attended to or follow-up within the given feedback-time
Attends and response to operation meeting that relate on the task.
To ensure conformance to SIRIM MS ISO 9001 and statutory requirements in all activities performed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT related.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This incumbent is expected to deliver DRP assignment and tasks especially Disaster Recovery Test.
He/she will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for identified customer on all recovery related activities.
Execute and co-ordinate all DR related activities for customer DR test namely before, during and after the DR tests.
Ensure all DR test are successful and resolve related issue when arises (if any).
Ensure the facilities & computer resources at the HDRC (HeiTech Data & Recovery Center) are properly managed and accessible by the customers whenever required and as per requirement.
Involve in the process of developing and implementing the Disaster Recovery Plan. The processes includes Risk Assessment and Plan Development, DRP Plan Maintenance, and Plan Auditing
Monitor and maintain the identified customers DRP to ensure the plans are up-to-date according to the customer requirement and standards defined. Periodic review on the Plan and make recommendation to improve the Plan.
Prepare DR activities and status reporting to Customer and HMS management respectively
Perform any other duties as assigned.
To ensure all DR test completed within that year & no carry forward.
Ensure all the DRP documentation for customer is up to date
Submission of monthly report to Head of unit
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a degree/diploma in related discipline.
Certified in ABCP / CBCP / MBCP or any DR certification is an added advantage
