1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Talented application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Premium Subscriptions: We offer three auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD per month
- Semi-Annual Plan: $24.99 USD per 6 months
- Annual Plan: $34.99 USD per year
2.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the subscription period.
2.4 Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and truthful information
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another user
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the App's operation
- Share your account with others
6. Commission (Agency Agreement)
6.1 By using the App, you acknowledge that the App Management acts as your digital agent for any sale, transfer, sponsorship, or marketing deal arranged through or because of the platform.
6.2 A commission of 25% (twenty-five percent) applies to the total value of any such deal.
6.3 You agree not to conclude any agreement outside the platform without notifying the Management.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. The courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Apple's Standard EULA
Our App uses Apple's standard end-user license agreement (EULA) for all in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's EULA.

1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق Talented، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
2. خدمات الاشتراك
2.1 الاشتراكات المميزة: نوفر ثلاث خطط اشتراك متجددة تلقائياً:
- الباقة الشهرية: 4.99 دولار أمريكي شهرياً
- الباقة نصف السنوية: 24.99 دولار أمريكي لكل 6 أشهر
- الباقة السنوية: 34.99 دولار أمريكي سنوياً
2.2 التجديد التلقائي: يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاء التجديد قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
2.3 الإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات حساب Apple ID الخاص بك في متجر App Store. لن يتم رد أي مبلغ مقابل الفترة غير المستخدمة من الاشتراك.
2.4 الفترة التجريبية: إذا تم تقديم فترة تجريبية مجانية، فسيتم تحويلها تلقائياً إلى اشتراك مدفوع ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل انتهاء الفترة التجريبية.
3. معالجة الدفع
تتم جميع المدفوعات بشكل آمن عبر نظام الدفع في متجر App Store. نحن لا نجمع أو نخزن أو نصل إلى معلومات الدفع الخاصة بك.
4. حسابات المستخدمين
أنت مسؤول عن:
- الحفاظ على سرية حسابك
- جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث من خلال حسابك
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة
5. سلوك المستخدم
توافق على عدم:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
- مضايقة أو إيذاء أي مستخدم آخر
- انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو كيان
- التدخل في تشغيل التطبيق
- مشاركة حسابك مع الآخرين
6. العمولة (اتفاقية الوكالة)
6.1 باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تقر بأن إدارة التطبيق تعمل كوكيل رقمي لك في أي صفقة بيع أو انتقال أو رعاية أو تسويق تتم من خلال أو بسبب المنصة.
6.2 عمولة بنسبة 25% (خمسة وعشرون بالمائة) تطبق على القيمة الإجمالية لأي صفقة من هذا القبيل.
6.3 توافق على عدم إبرام أي اتفاق خارج المنصة دون إخطار الإدارة.
7. إنهاء الخدمة
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو حذف أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط، دون إشعار مسبق.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية.
9. الحد من المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تكون إدارة التطبيق مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتكون محاكم مصر هي المختصة حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاعات.
11. التعديلات على الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط الجديدة.
12. اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple
يستخدم تطبيقنا اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية من Apple (EULA) لجميع عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق. بشرائك اشتراكاً، فإنك توافق على EULA من Apple.
