1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you log in using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture (avatar) provided by your Google account.
App Usage Data: We securely store your virtual trading history, simulated account balance (TPcoin), daily login streaks, UI/theme preferences, and Fibonacci settings.
Device Information: We may collect basic diagnostic data (e.g., app crash reports) to improve system stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (e.g., saving your trading history and restoring your sessions).
To display your profile on the "Weekly Profit Leaderboard" (your display name, avatar, and simulated weekly profit will be visible to other users).
To manage your virtual subscription status (e.g., PRO Trial or PRO Trader).
3. Third-Party Services The App utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own Privacy Policies:
Google Play Services & Google Sign-In (for authentication)
Firebase Realtime Database & Firebase Auth (for secure data storage and user management)
Render (for backend API routing)
4. Data Security We value your trust in providing us your personal information. We use commercially acceptable means (such as Firebase's secure encrypted databases) to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Deletion Request (User Rights) You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. To delete your account:
Open the App and ensure you are logged out.
Send an email to takeprofitking.official@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" using the email address associated with your Google Sign-In.
We will completely erase your profile, trade history, and leaderboard data from our database within 7 business days.
1. Nature of the App (STRICT DISCLAIMER) Take Profit King is a SIMULATED TRADING TERMINAL designed purely for educational, backtesting, and entertainment purposes. * No Real Money Involved: The App does not facilitate real-money trading, depositing, or withdrawing.
Not Financial Advice: The historical data, charts, and indicators provided in the App do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance in the simulator does not guarantee future results in real markets.
You agree that we are not responsible for any actual financial losses you may incur in your personal real-world trading.
2. Virtual Currency (TPcoin)
"TPcoin" is the simulated in-app margin unit.
TPcoin has NO real-world monetary value. It cannot be transferred, withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency or actual cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App may offer premium features ("PRO Trader") via auto-renewing subscriptions processed entirely through the Google Play Billing system.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
4. Code of Conduct & Leaderboard Integrity Users are expected to interact with the App fairly. Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit API endpoints, or artificially manipulate the Weekly Profit Leaderboard will result in an immediate, permanent ban and account deletion without notice.
5. Changes to These Policies We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policies on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
