Take a stand and lend a hand

Agrupamento de Escolas João da Silva Correia is formed by a group of schools from primary to secundary levels. We also have vocational and professional courses in the areas of Tourism, Mecatronics and Health.

Our students are aged between 4 to 18 years old. Our school is located in the city of São João da Madeira, in the north of Portugal. it is a city known for the shoe and hat industry. São João da Madeira is 30 km away from Porto.

AESJSC has more or less 1400 students and around 120 teachers. we also have students with special needs.

Our school has participated in a few European projects in the past.

As for my own experience concerning projects, I have participated (coordinator) in a Comenius Project from 2008 to 2010, called "Xenophobia"; I have also participated in a project "21st Century Management Skills in Vocational Education" and "Local reflections of European common cultural heritages and values - (2014-2017) _ Erasmus+)".
