takaz（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「電車目覚まし」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報と利用目的
(1) 位置情報
本アプリは、目的地の駅に近づいたことを検知してアラームでお知らせするという目的のため、利用者の端末の位置情報（GPS等）を取得します。アラーム追跡中は、アプリがバックグラウンドにある場合や画面が消えている場合でも位置情報を取得することがあります。
・利用目的：現在地から設定した目的地までの距離を計算し、設定距離に近づいた際に通知・振動でお知らせするため。
・取り扱い：位置情報は端末内でのみ処理され、当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。
・アラーム追跡を停止すると、位置情報の取得も停止します。
(2) 端末内に保存される情報
利用者が設定した目的地や「お気に入り」として保存した駅の情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。
(3) 広告に関する情報
本アプリは、Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信・最適化のために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）や利用状況に関する情報を取得する場合があります。これらの情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
(4) 地図の利用
本アプリは、目的地の選択のために Google の「Google Maps」を利用します。地図の利用に伴い、Google が所定の情報を取得する場合があります。
2. 第三者が提供するサービス
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

3. アプリが利用する権限について
本アプリは、機能提供のために端末の以下の権限を使用します。
・位置情報（バックグラウンドを含む）：目的地までの距離を計測し、到着前にアラームでお知らせするため。
・通知：アラームや追跡状態をお知らせするため。
・バイブレーション：アラーム時に振動でお知らせするため。
4. 情報の第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。なお、前記のとおり、広告および地図機能の提供に伴い、Google が情報を取得する場合があります。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としたアプリではありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

takaz ('we', 'us') sets out below how information about users is handled in the mobile application 'Arrive Alarm' (the 'App') that we provide.
Section 1. Information we collect and why
(1) Location
The App collects your device location (GPS and similar) in order to detect that you are approaching your destination and to alert you with an alarm. While alarm tracking is running, the App may collect location even when the App is in the background or the screen is off.
Purpose: to calculate the distance from your current position to the destination you set, and to alert you with a notification and vibration when you come within the distance you set.
Handling: location is processed only on your device. It is not transmitted to, or stored on, any server of ours.
When you stop alarm tracking, the collection of location stops as well.
(2) Information stored on your device
The destinations you set, and the stops you save for reuse, are stored only on your device. This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
(3) Advertising
The App displays advertisements using Google's ad service 'Google AdMob'. AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and information about your use of the App in order to deliver and target advertising. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how that information is handled.
(4) Maps
The App uses Google Maps so that you can choose a destination. Google may collect certain information in connection with the use of maps.

Section 3. Permissions used by the App
The App uses the following device permissions in order to provide its features.
Location (including while the App is in the background): to measure the distance to your destination and alert you with an alarm before you arrive.
Notifications: to inform you of the alarm and of the tracking status.
Vibration: to alert you by vibrating when the alarm goes off.
Section 4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or provide user information to third parties, except where required by law. As described above, Google may collect information in connection with the advertising and map features.
Section 5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed primarily at children under 13.
Section 6. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy as necessary. A changed policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
