1) Login / OTP Issues

Try again after 2–3 minutes
Restart the app and retry
2) Subscription / Purchase Not Activated
If you completed payment but access is not showing:
Share Order ID / Transaction ID
Share the email/phone used during purchase
We will verify and activate your subscription
3) Payment Failed but Money Deducted
Sometimes banks process a pending transaction.
Share the Transaction ID
We will confirm payment status and update you
(Usually resolved within 3–7 working days depending on bank/payment gateway.)
4) Content Not Loading / App Crashing
Try these steps:
Update the app to the latest version
Check your internet connection
Close the app completely and reopen
Restart your phone
If it still happens, send a screenshot/video to support.
