This lab focuses on developing big data analytics methods and their applications in management decision-making, product marketing and innovation, quality management, and Six Sigma. Research topics include improving products and services based on user reviews from social media, fake comments detection, GenAI news identification, early prediction models for depression using text reviews from social media users, key success factors of short videos, live-streaming videos, crowdfunding projects, carbon emission prediction, and sustainability related topics.
本實驗室聚焦於發展大數據分析方法,及其在管理決策、產品行銷與創新、品質管理與六標準差之應用。研究議題包含以社群媒體用戶評論據以改善產品服務、虛假評論偵測、虛擬新聞辨識、植基於社群用戶文字評論的憂鬱症早期預測模型、短影音、直播影片及群眾募資專案關鍵成功因素、碳排預測模式與永續相關問題。
