Taipei Astronomy Workshop

from Jan. 8 to Jan. 9, 2024

at NTU/ASIAA

A two-day workshop of talks and activities

Taiwan's astronomy community has grown significantly in recent years. The time is ripe to set up regular, interactive communication platforms to promote collaboration and drive further growth. We are hosting a local workshop in Taipei to foster connections and support both existing and potential projects based primarily in the city. The workshop is specifically designed to provide a platform for junior astronomers to network and participate in scientific discussions. We also plan to host sessions for career development, providing them with a more complete picture of the life and skills of professional astronomers.
