RMK is completely independent of MoErgo's official firmware, tools, and support channels.
Do not expect MoErgo Discord support, troubleshooting, compatibility testing, or technical assistance when using RMK.
RMK-related issues should be addressed through the RMK project and its community.
By using RMK, you acknowledge that you are choosing an unofficial and unsupported alternative to MoErgo's official ZMK firmware.

Colonelpanic's project brings the RMK to the MoErgo ecosystem, including some really cool addtional features.
Some of the really cool features of RMK:
- Real-time keymap configuration
- RGB support, including animations and blinking keys (colonellpanic)
- Sunaku's Adv. Bilateral HRM with simple profiles (colonellpanic)
- Improved touchpad support, click and drag (colonellpanic)
This is a non-official, non-supported, community-driven alternative for adventurous users who enjoy exploring new possibilities and customizing their keyboard beyond the standard experience.
Whether you want to experiment with advanced lighting, fine-tune your layout, or simply discover what an RMK-based keyboard can do, this project provides a flexible foundation to build upon.

The maintainer of the project, colonelpanic, has created ready-to-flash firmware files for the MoErgo Go60 and Glove80.

Flashing the firmware
1. Download the .uf2 files for your keyboard.
2. Perform a factory reset on both halves first, so you start with a clean setup.
3. Flash the left half
Connect the left half to your computer.
Enter bootloader mode.
Copy the left .uf2 file to the drive that appears.
4. Flash the right half in the same way, using the right .uf2 file.
5. Connect via USB to test the keyboard
6. Start rynkbench to connect and configure
⚠️ Important: There are separate firmware files for the left and right halves. Do not use the same file for both. This is different from the standard MoErgo firmware, which uses a single file.
How to install TailorKey (⬇ click to read)

⬇️ Download TailorKey QWERTY Billateral alpha2 toml (experimental and Glove80 only)
This will download the TailorKey configuration file for RMK as a .toml file.
Download the TailorKey .toml configuration file.
Open Rynkbench, the RMK GUI.
In Rynkbench, open or load the downloaded TailorKey .toml file.
Follow the Rynkbench workflow to build and flash the configuration to your keyboard.
Moosy Testing: Results, Findings & Assessment
Rynkbench is still somewhat limited, so I adapted an earlier tool to help with some of the configurations in the toml file. (Experimental — personal tool based on the earlier ZMK Editor.)
