Started to learn Taiji Quan and Qigong on 1987 and is teaching since 1991. She studied with Foen Tjoeng Lie, Petra and Toyo Kobayashi, Yang Zhen He, An Jian Qiu and Tang Li Long.
She is an instructer and serves as a member of the committee of the IQTÖ (Interessensvertretung der Taiji Quan, Qigong und Yi Quan LehrerInnen Österreich), is a founder member of the Taiji & Qigong Freundeskreis – a registerd association, and teaches in her own school - the Qi- Zentrum - in the west part of Austria.

Sonja Blank is a teacher of Taijiquan and Qigong. She began her training in 1987. In Taijiquan Yang style and Sun style, she practices various hand and weapon forms.
Her teachers in Taijiquan are Foen Tjoeng Lie, Guiyan Jian, Wee Kee Jin, Epi van de Pol and Qigong Zhichang Li. In addition, she is involved in the Chinese movement arts and is a director of the Federal Association for Taijiquan and Qigong e.V.
Her research into the connections between body and psyche led her to the psycho-sociological approach of Margret Rüffler and Ulrike Döring-Epe. She completed both training in transpersonal psychology according to the cardiac self-intelligence method.
Ugur Basak Arpacioglu, invited guest, Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Born in 1972, Istanbul, Turkey. Founder of Zendo Academy.
QiGong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts instructor, former volleyball player, architect, philosophy & psychology & mythology & symbology lecturer, Feng Shui and I Ching consultant.
Began her Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan education in 2003 with the student of Professor Xu Wei Sun, Dr. Chen Yuanmin from Beijing University. She continues her development with Sifu Wing Cheung since 2014, who is founder of international Tai Chi Qigong&Feng Shui Institute.
She is a certified instructor of Tai Chi Qigong & Feng Shui Institute, member of Qigong Institute and member of Taiji Europa. Basak is also a Nei Kung practitioner at International Boddhidharma Institute for Philosophical Martial Arts since 2009.

Started practicing Tai Chi Chuan Yang Style hand forms and weapons in the summer of 2008 in Germany and acts as Manager and teacher of the Ergastiri (School) of Tai Chi Chuan ‘Authentic Yang Style’ of The Progressive Association of Xanthi (FEX) since 2010 where she teaches Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong. She organizes workshops and lectures in Tai Chi and sport scientific areas and believes that philosophy and culture are connecting elements that build bridges of mutual understanding between East and West.
Her interest lies in the scientific research in Tai Chi & Qi Gong and is a postgraduate student in a Master program of the Departm. of P.E.& Sport Science of the Democritus University of Thrace. She applies an adapted program of Tai Chi Chuan for elderly people and people with chronic diseases and has worked effectively with children and teens in related programs of intervention in primary and secondary schools in Greece and abroad.
She organizes yearly the International Tai Chi Festival ‘Democritus of Abdera’ in her hometown Xanthi Greece with invited guests from Europe and the Balkans.
