تصف هذه السياسة كيفية جمع تطبيق "ركب الحفاظ" (المُشار إليه بـ "التطبيق") لمعلوماتك واستخدامها وتخزينها وحذفها عند إنشاء حساب، أو حفظ أجزاء من القرآن الكريم، أو تسجيل المقاطع الصوتية، أو التفاعل مع نظام المراجعة والتصحيح من قِبل المعلمين.
عند استخدامك للتطبيق، نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية لضمان عمل الخدمة بشكل صحيح:
بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، اسم العرض، كلمة المرور (يتم تشفيرها وإدارتها بالكامل عبر Supabase Auth)، ورمز المنطقة.
خطة الحفظ والتقدم: الجزء وصفحة البداية، واتجاه الحفظ (تصاعدي/تنازلي)، وعدد المهام المنجزة، ونقاط السلسلة (Streaks)، والأيام المفقودة، وتواريخ الإنجاز.
التسجيلات الصوتية: نقوم بجمع مقاطعك الصوتية التي تسجلها أثناء تلاوة القرآن لإرسالها للمعلم لكي يقوم بمراجعتها.
مراجعات المعلمين: الدرجات الممنوحة لتلاوتك (التجويد، النطق، الطلاقة، الدقة، الحفظ) والتعليقات المكتوبة من قِبل المعلم.
الإعدادات المحلية وسجل الإشعارات: الوضع الداكن/الفاتح، وتفضيلات الإشعارات، وسجل الإشعارات المستلمة داخل التطبيق (لآخر 7 أيام بحد أقصى 100 سجل).
NOTE
التطبيق لا يجمع: موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، جهات الاتصال، الصور الشخصية، تقويم الجهاز، معرّفات الإعلانات، أو أي بيانات حيوية (Biometrics).
تُخزن كافة بيانات الحساب، والخطط، والتقدم، والتقييمات بأمان في قواعد بيانات Supabase (خوادم الاتحاد الأوروبي — أيرلندا).
تُخزن التسجيلات الصوتية في وحدات تخزين مغلقة وخاصة في Supabase Storage، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها إلا من قِبل صاحب الحساب والمعلمين المعتمدين والمشرفين.
تُخزن تفضيلاتك المحلية (مثل الوضع الداكن) على جهازك الشخصي فقط.
لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الخدمات الأساسية (توليد المهام اليومية، وحساب النقاط، ومراجعة التلاوة).
لإرسال إشعارات التذكير اليومية وتنبيهات مراجعة المعلم التي قمت بتفعيلها.
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك على الإطلاق، ولا نشاركها مع أي شبكات إعلانية، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض تجاري خارج نطاق تشغيل التطبيق.
يمكنك في أي وقت وبكل سهولة حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر الانتقال إلى: الحساب ➔ الإعدادات ➔ حذف حسابي. عند تأكيد الحذف، سيتم فوراً وبشكل نهائي وغير قابل للاسترداد مسح:
حساب المصادقة الخاص بك بالكامل.
ملفك الشخصي وجميع بيانات تقدمك وخطط حفظك.
جميع التسجيلات الصوتية الخاصة بك من خوادم التخزين.
جميع التقييمات ومراجعات المعلمين الموجهة لك.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Tahfeez application ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you create an account, memorize portions of the Qur'an, record audio submissions, and interact with the teacher review system.
To deliver the core features of the App, we collect the following information:
Account Data: Email address, display name, password (hashed and managed securely by Supabase Auth), and region code.
Memorization & Progress: Selected Juz, page, direction, completed tasks, streak points, missed days, and task completion history.
Audio Recordings: Audio files of your Qur'an recitation submitted for teacher evaluation.
Teacher Reviews: Evaluation scores (tajweed, pronunciation, fluency, accuracy, memorization) and written comments.
Local Settings & Notifications: Dark mode preference, notification toggles, and in-app notification history (pruned after 7 days or 100 entries).
NOTE
The App does NOT collect: precise location, phone contacts, photo gallery, calendars, advertising identifiers, or biometric data.
Account information, progress, and evaluations are stored securely in our Supabase database (hosted in West EU — Ireland).
Audio recordings are kept in private Supabase Storage with access strictly restricted to the authenticated owner and authorized teachers.
Device-level preferences are stored locally on your phone. All network communications are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS.
To operate the core functionalities of the App (generating tasks, tracking streaks, facilitating teacher feedback).
To send in-app notifications and reminders that you have explicitly enabled.
We never sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we never use it for any commercial purposes beyond running the App.
You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App by navigating to: Account ➔ Settings ➔ Delete My Account. Upon confirmation, the following will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:
Your authentication credentials and profile.
Your progress, streaks, and memorization plans.
All your submitted audio recordings.
All teacher evaluations and reviews of your submissions.
