I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the School of Business, Hanyang University. I received my Ph.D., master's, and bachelor's degrees from Seoul National University. My research focuses on corporate tax avoidance, shareholder-level taxation, and corporate investment. I have published in leading accounting and finance journals such as Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, and European Accounting Review.
I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Tax Accountant (CTA) in Korea and an active member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA).
I also serve on the organizing committee of the Hanyang Accounting Research Symposium (HARS), an annual conference that brings together accounting scholars to discuss cutting-edge research and emerging issues in the field.
