Welcome to Tadiron ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how Tadiron handles your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), including user account management, subscription services, and data retention.
2. Information We Collect and Process
To provide you with account synchronization, premium features, and subscription capabilities, we may collect and process the following information:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect basic registration data such as your email address and unique account identifier.
- Subscription and Purchase Data: If you purchase a subscription or in-app product, we process your subscription status, entitlement details, and transaction receipts. Please note that all payments are processed directly and securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment card or financial credentials.
- Application Data: Your tasks, schedules, work-week preferences, and settings are associated with your account to ensure seamless app functionality across your devices.
3. On-Device Services & Calculations
- Hebrew Calendar Logic: Algorithmic calculations for Hebrew dates and Jewish holiday anchors are performed on-device.
- Local Notifications: Tadiron uses your device's local notification framework (such as Android Exact Alarms / Local Notifications) to trigger reminders for scheduled tasks.
4. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)
We believe in full transparency and user control over personal data. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the App settings by navigating to Settings -> Delete Account.
- Requesting Deletion via Web/Email: If you cannot access the App, you may request the full deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at nydevelopteam@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- What Happens Upon Deletion: Once an account deletion request is processed, your user credentials, personal profile, cloud-synced task data, and stored preferences will be permanently removed from our active database. Please note that active subscriptions must be separately canceled directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings, as subscription billing is managed exclusively by Apple and Google.
5. Device Permissions
To provide its core functionality, Tadiron may request the following permissions on your device:
- Post Notifications (`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`): Required to display scheduled task reminders and snooze actions on your screen.
- Exact Alarm Scheduling (`SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM` / `USE_EXACT_ALARM`): Used to deliver timely task reminders at your specified time.
- Receive Boot Completed (`RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`): Used to reschedule your existing local reminders if your device restarts.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
In-app subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play Account settings or Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
7. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the App (e.g., Apple App Store and Google Play Store for payment processing and account entitlement verification).
8. Children's Privacy
Tadiron is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
