I am Arvind Sathe, trained in classical Lucknow and Farukhabad gharana styles of tabla. I started my tabla journey under Pt. Pandharinath Nageshkar when I was very young. I am continuing this journey under Pt. Swapan Chaudhuri ji. 

I am the creator of the "TalaViz" music app, a unique app designed specifically to help master the Hindustani tala system.

I am an engineering professional developing aircraft, drone, rocket and parachute systems by day. Music helps me solve engineering problems and engineering concepts influence my musical journey. 

I teach in-person classes in San Ramon (Gale Ranch) area. I also offer online/ hybrid options for learning. Contact me for more information.
