Ready to Dance, but not ready to commit to weekly rehearsals?

Currently, FLOW Classes are a summer set and New Years series of master classes, designed for people ages 10&Up of all technique levels and backgrounds to embrace their passion for dance and to improve their dance technique. Our goal is to be able to offer these drop-in classes year-round once we have our own dance space! In FLOW classes, dancers are warmed up and trained in a selected style of dance, learning a small phrase or combo. Our original FLOW classes are designed to provide a space for adult dancers (17+) but we understand this may not be the case for all dancers-- based on professionalism and technique level, younger dancers may soar in FLOW classes. Previously, FLOW has been hosted at Crooked Creek Park, Mrs. Jenkins Dance Academy, Stepping Out, Sage Studios and Bluemoon Ballroom. Tab&Kait have also hosted these classes at several public schools in the midlands as well as the Midlands Arts Conservatory (MAC).

In 2021 we wanted to start our year off with DANCE--launching the FLOW Series, a full day of dance from Tab&Kait,

IGNITED Dance Company, and other Dance professionals. Kick off 2023 the right way-- dancing!
