Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information T7 GAMES collects, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices and rights available to you when you use our games and related services.
1. Scope and Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to websites, mobile games, applications, customer support, community features, and related online services provided by TRIPLE SEVENS CO., LTD., doing business as T7 GAMES (“T7 GAMES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). TRIPLE SEVENS CO., LTD. is the controller of personal data described in this Policy unless a Service states otherwise.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, platforms, or services that operate under their own privacy policies. Additional notices may apply to a particular game, feature, region, or promotion. If an additional notice conflicts with this Policy, the additional notice controls for that specific context.
2. Information We Collect
What we collect depends on the Service you use, your device and settings, the features you choose, and applicable law.
Information you provide
Account and profile data: username, player ID, display name, avatar, age or date-of-birth range, country or region, and login credentials or authentication tokens.
Contact and support data: email address, support messages, survey responses, attachments, and information needed to investigate a request.
User Content: chat messages, posts, profile content, or other material you choose to submit where a Service offers social or community features.
Promotion data: information submitted for contests, events, rewards, or other promotions.
Information collected automatically
Device and technical data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, network type, carrier, browser type, IP address, and crash or diagnostic data.
Identifiers: game or account ID, installation ID, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar online identifiers, subject to device settings and applicable law.
Gameplay and usage data: game progress, session times, levels, scores, feature interactions, preferences, events, and actions taken within a Service.
Purchase data: product purchased, price, currency, time, storefront, transaction or receipt identifier, and purchase status. We generally do not receive your full payment-card details from app stores.
Advertising data: ads viewed, clicked, or completed, attribution data, and information used to measure advertising performance and frequency.
Location data: approximate location inferred from IP address or device settings. We collect precise location only if a feature requires it, we clearly explain why, and you provide any permission required by law.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. We use and disclose that information for lawful purposes and maintain it in de-identified form where required by law.
3. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the Services, and from third parties such as Apple, Google, social login providers, advertising and attribution partners, analytics providers, payment processors, customer-support providers, and fraud-prevention services.
If you connect a third-party account, we receive only the information that provider and your settings allow. We do not receive your third-party password. You can review or revoke connected-app permissions through the relevant provider.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal data for the following purposes:
provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
create and manage accounts, save progress, enable features, and fulfill purchases;
provide customer support and respond to requests, complaints, and feedback;
analyze gameplay, performance, stability, and engagement and develop new content;
deliver, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted;
send service notices, security alerts, updates, and marketing communications where allowed;
detect bugs, cheating, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
protect users, T7 GAMES, our partners, and the public and enforce legal rights;
comply with law, legal process, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
conduct corporate transactions, audits, and internal business operations.
We do not use personal data for materially different purposes without providing notice and obtaining consent where required.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
Contract: processing necessary to provide a Service you request, maintain your account, deliver purchases, or perform our Terms of Service.
Legitimate interests: operating and improving the Services, understanding usage, securing our systems, preventing fraud and abuse, and supporting our business, balanced against your rights and expectations.
Consent: where you choose to receive certain marketing, allow certain device permissions, or permit personalized advertising or similar processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation: processing needed to comply with laws, lawful requests, tax and accounting rules, or regulatory duties.
Vital interests and public interest: processing necessary to protect someone’s safety or perform a task recognized by law, in limited circumstances.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Attribution
Some Services are supported by advertising or use analytics and attribution tools. We and our partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, general location, gameplay events, ad interactions, and technical information to provide ads, cap ad frequency, measure campaigns, attribute installs, detect fraud, and understand Service performance.
Depending on your region and choices, ads may be contextual or personalized. We request consent before using information for personalized advertising where required. You can limit personalized ads through in-app privacy controls where available and through your device settings, such as Apple’s tracking permission and Android advertising privacy controls. Resetting an advertising identifier does not necessarily stop ads, but it may reduce personalization.
Analytics and advertising partners process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Our app-store privacy disclosures are intended to reflect the practices of third-party software development kits included in each app. Because integrations differ by game and can change, the disclosures for the specific app should be reviewed together with this Policy.
Ads may link outside the Services. Do not install software from an unfamiliar advertisement or source. Use official app stores and report suspicious ads through the Service’s support or settings options.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
Service providers: hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, security, fraud prevention, localization, email, and technical operations providers acting for us.
Advertising and attribution partners: partners that serve or measure ads, attribute installs, limit ad frequency, or prevent advertising fraud, subject to your choices and applicable law.
Platform and payment providers: app stores, operating-system providers, social login providers, and payment processors needed to deliver features and purchases.
Other users: profile information, rankings, User Content, or messages that you choose to make visible through social or community features.
Authorities and other parties: where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce agreements.
Corporate transaction recipients: an actual or prospective buyer, investor, lender, adviser, or successor involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Affiliates: companies under common control that process data consistently with this Policy.
We do not sell personal data for money. However, disclosure of identifiers and activity data to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described in Sections 12 and 14. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal data of users under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by law.
8. International Data Transfers
T7 GAMES and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining game progress, complying with legal and accounting duties, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and preventing fraud and abuse.
Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the Service, whether an account remains active, legal limitation periods, security needs, and technical backup cycles. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it, unless law requires or permits longer retention. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and deleted on their normal cycle.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, restricted employee and contractor access, security monitoring, and protections appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can help protect your information by using unique credentials, keeping your device and apps updated, and contacting us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
11. Children’s Privacy
We take children’s privacy seriously. Age requirements may vary by Service and region. If a Service is directed to children or we know that a user is below the age at which they may independently consent to data processing, we will obtain verifiable parental consent or use another lawful basis before collecting personal data where required, limit collection and use, and provide any child-specific notice required by law.
In the United States, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. In other regions, a different age threshold may apply. We do not use personal data from users we know are under 16 for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising without the opt-in authorization required by law.
Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct, or delete a child’s personal data or withdraw consent. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal data without required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise bring the processing into compliance.
12. Your Privacy Choices
Device permissions: review or revoke permissions such as notifications, photos, microphone, or location through device settings. Some features may stop working if a required permission is disabled.
Personalized advertising: use in-app privacy settings where available and your operating system’s advertising or tracking controls. You may also contact us to request an opt-out where applicable.
Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or change notification settings. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to provide or secure the Services.
Connected accounts: manage permissions through the relevant social network, platform, or login provider.
Push notifications: disable them in device settings.
Account deletion: use the deletion option within the Service where available or contact us with the game name, player ID, and information reasonably needed to verify the request.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email CONTACT@T7PLAY.COM with the subject “Privacy Request” and include the game or Service name, your player or account ID if available, your country or region, and the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some rights are subject to exceptions, including where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, free expression, or legal claims. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.
14. Notice for California Residents
This section supplements the rest of this Policy and applies where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), covers our processing. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on the Service used:
Identifiers: email address, player or account ID, IP address, device, installation, and advertising identifiers.
Commercial information: purchase, subscription, and transaction records.
Internet or electronic activity: gameplay, app usage, interactions, ad activity, crash logs, and diagnostics.
Geolocation: approximate location and, only where a feature and permission allow, precise location.
Audio, visual, and similar information: User Content or support attachments you choose to provide.
Inferences: preferences, likely interests, and game or advertising engagement derived from activity.
Sensitive personal information: account credentials and precise location only where collected. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics except as permitted by law.
We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 3 and use them for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 4 and 6. We disclose them to the recipient categories listed in Section 7.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Our disclosure of identifiers, internet activity, and approximate location to certain advertising or attribution partners may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or a “sale” under the CCPA. California residents may opt out by using applicable in-app privacy choices or emailing us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 without required opt-in authorization.
California rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing after exercising a right. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law.
Submit requests using the method in Section 13. We may verify requests to know, delete, or correct. We will not require verification for an opt-out request, although we may request information needed to apply it to the correct device or account. We will process recognized browser or device opt-out preference signals where they apply to our processing and are required by law.
15. Third-Party Services and Public Features
The Services may link to or integrate app stores, social networks, advertisements, websites, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices that we do not control.
If you post information in a public profile, leaderboard, chat, forum, or other open feature, other users may view, copy, or share it. Do not post personal information that you do not want made public. We may moderate public content for safety and compliance, but we cannot control how other users use information you disclose.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our Services, data practices, legal obligations, or technology. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Service, email, or another reasonable method where required. We will request consent if a change requires it under applicable law.
