777 Preflight Privacy Policy

777 Preflight is designed so that your information stays on your iPad. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with your data.
Information we collect
None. 777 Preflight has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. The app doesn't send any information to the developer or to any third party, and it doesn't need an internet connection to work.
Information stored on your device
Everything you enter in the app stays on your iPad, inside the app. That includes crew names and staff numbers, flight details, fuel and weight figures, notes, sketches and images. It stays there until you delete the flight or the app.
If you back up your iPad to iCloud or a computer, iOS may include the app's data in that backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by the developer.
Photos and clipboard
The app only accesses an image when you pick one with Scan Screenshot, or when you add an image yourself, such as an airport reference.
The app only reads the clipboard when you tap Paste Screenshot.
Text recognition runs entirely on your iPad, using Apple's built-in tools. Images are never uploaded.
Backups and PDF exports
Backup files and PDF briefings are only created when you ask for them. They only go where you choose to save or send them, such as the Files app, AirDrop or email. Once shared, they're handled by that app or service under its own privacy terms.
Children
777 Preflight is intended for professional flight crew and isn't directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
