Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in the “T2H Keyboard & Translator” app (Package Name: com.rozatack.myflowtingbutton).
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: We DO NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, passwords, or credit card details.
Non-Personal Information: We may collect the following types of non-personal information to improve app performance and user experience:
Device Information: Device model, Android version, and screen size.
App Usage Data: Which features (Keyboard, Translation, PDF Tools, Scanner) are used most frequently.
Advertising IDs: Unique identifiers used by Google AdMob to deliver personalized advertisements.
Crash Logs: Anonymous reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability (via Firebase/Google Play Console).
Purchase Information: If you buy a one-time “Remove Ads (Lifetime)” product or a “Remove Ads (Monthly)” subscription, Google Play processes the payment. We do not collect or store your credit card number, Google account password, or other payment credentials. We only receive from Google Play the information needed to unlock the purchase (for example, product ID and whether the purchase or subscription is active), so ads can be removed on your device.
User-Generated Content (Local Processing):
Images & Documents: Images you select for scanning, PDF creation, or text extraction are processed locally on your device. We DO NOT upload your personal photos or documents to any server.
Voice Data: Audio recorded via the microphone is used strictly for speech-to-text conversion and is not stored or shared.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To provide features like Text-to-Speech (TTS), Language Translation, Document Scanning, PDF Creation, and Voice Typing.
Advertising: To display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads via Google AdMob.
In-App Purchases: To verify and restore your Remove Ads purchase or monthly subscription through Google Play Billing, and to stop showing ads while that purchase remains valid.
Analytics: To understand user behavior and improve app performance using Firebase Analytics.
Accessibility: To read text from your screen using the Accessibility Service (only if you grant this permission for translation via tap or drag interaction).
3. Permissions We Request
To provide a seamless experience, we request the following permissions based on the features you use:
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO):
Why: Required for the Voice Typing feature in the T2H Keyboard & Translator keyboard.
Privacy: We only listen when you tap the microphone icon. Audio is processed by the system's speech recognition engine and is never stored.
Overlay Permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW):
Why: Required to display the "Floating Button" over other apps for quick translation access.
Consent: You must explicitly grant this permission from settings.
Accessibility Service (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE):
Why: Used ONLY to read text from your screen (e.g., from WhatsApp or browsers) when you tap or drag the floating button for translation.
Privacy: We do not store or transmit your screen content. It is processed temporarily for translation and then discarded.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
Why: To show controls for the floating button service in the status bar and send occasional daily reminders.
Alarms & Reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM):
Why: Required to ensure daily notifications (like learning reminders) arrive at the exact scheduled time (e.g., 7:00 AM or 8:00 PM).
Internet Access:
Why: Required for fetching translations from Google Translate API, downloading language models, loading advertisements, and verifying in-app purchases with Google Play.
Note on Camera & Storage: We DO NOT request standard Camera or Storage permissions. Instead, we use secure system pickers (Intent-based) that allow you to select specific files or capture images without exposing your entire gallery or storage to the app.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: Used for displaying ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads. AdMob Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Data Security
Local Processing: All PDF generation, document scanning, and text extraction happen offline on your device. Your files never leave your phone.
Translation: Text sent for translation is transmitted securely to translation servers and is not stored by us.
Keyboard Privacy: Our custom keyboard (T2H Keyboard & Translator) is designed to ensure your privacy. We do not collect or store keystrokes, passwords, or sensitive data.
Payments: Payment details are entered only on Google Play’s official checkout. We never ask for card numbers inside the app.
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. User Control & Opt-Out
Permissions: You can revoke Overlay, Notification, Microphone, or Accessibility permissions at any time from your device settings.
Subscriptions: You can cancel the monthly plan anytime in Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
This app offers optional paid features through Google Play:
Monthly Subscription (Remove Ads Monthly): An auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play. It renews each month until you cancel. After you cancel, ads may return when the paid period ends.
Lifetime (Remove Ads Lifetime): A one-time purchase. It does not renew and does not expire.
We do not charge you inside the app ourselves. Google Play’s official payment screen handles all payments.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund policy.
If you reinstall the app, use “Restore purchases” so Google Play can restore your existing entitlement.
Purchasing Remove Ads turns off banner, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded-ad unlock prompts while the purchase is valid. Ads may still appear if you have not purchased, or after a monthly subscription ends.
