Prerequisites and Counselors - If you want to walk out on March 29th with the merit badge complete, do these items before class. For many classes the prerequisites can also be completed after March 29th, but you will have to reach out to the Counselor to get them signed off when they are complete. At least 2 merit badges have assignments that take 90 days, so make sure to start them as soon as you sign up. Counselor's names and emails are also on this sheet.

On Merit Badge Day, a prepared Scout will:
Arrive in the Class A Uniform.
Be respectful to the adult leadership by abiding by the Scout Oath and Scout Law throughout the event.
MUST HAVE in their possession a blue merit badge card(s) SIGNED by his or her Scoutmaster.
Bring their merit badge book for reference, their completed worksheets; their completed prerequisites; and any relevant merit badge material.
Bring a pencil and/or pen and a notebook for note taking.
Bring a water bottle to keep your Scout hydrated during the merit badge session.
