T App Folio Life Certificate Download

Hyderabad: An estimated one crore families depend on pensions. However, the pensioners are required to provide life certificates every year to the authorised pension disbursing agencies like banks, post offices and others to continue to get the pension.

Jeevan Pramaan uses the Aadhaar platform for biometric authentication of the pensioners. A successful authentication generates a Digital Life Certificate (DLC) and gets stored in the Life Certificate Repository. The pension disbursing agencies have access to the certificate online.

After successful authentication, a SMS is sent to the registered mobile number including the Jeevan Pramaan Certificate ID, which is needed to download the DLC from Jeevan Pramaan website. The certificates are stored in the Life Certificate Repository and made available anytime and anywhere for pensioners and pension disbursing agencies.

The State Government pensioners and family pensioners and others receiving pension through pension payment offices should submit their annual verification certificate by March 31. They should affix a passport size photograph and get it attested by the concerned bank official or Gazetted officer of Telangana State. They should mention the employee ID and submit it in person or by post.

Hyderabad: The Treasuries and Accounts department has asked all the State government service pensioners/family pensioners and other government pensioners who are receiving pension through pension payment offices in Twin Cities, to submit their annual verification certificate from November 1 to March 31, 2023.

The department has asked the pensioners to use T-App Folio Mobile Application, which can be downloaded through Playstore (Android) or App store (Apple), At Mee-Seva by biometric method using Aadhar number and through Jeevan Praman. The department said that preference would be given to T-App folio while submitting the life certificate.

The binding styles, both Japanese and concertina, have been faithfully reproduced by Smith Settle. The cover paper, Twist, was chosen for its texture and though the designs on the original books were somewhat faded and worn, award-winning artist Neil Gower has recreated them with great sensitivity. Each of the titles, as well as the set as a whole, features a printed paper label designed by Japanese calligrapher Kashuu. Various styles of Japanese script are used in the original books but, after carefully examining all the different characters, Kashuu adopted the Kai-sho style to unify the elements. Ryder & Co Ltd in Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. The design printed on the paper lining of the box refers to the cover of The Book of Crawling Creatures but is in dark blue and gold to complement the set.

Pension Payment Order or PPO number is a unique 12-digit number that helps pensioners receive their pension. It is an important number for pensioners or those individuals who are on the verge of retirement. PPO number helps in getting the pension. Further, while submitting life certificate every year, it is important mention this PPO number. A PPO number is basically a reference number for any communication made to Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO). At any point, if a pensioner forgets his or her PPO number or want to find PPO, s/he can get it easily by submitting either the bank account number, which is linked to EPF or using Member ID, which is pensioner's PF number given by the EPFO.

All the Indian state government service family pensioners and other government pensioners receiving a pension from the pension payment unit asked to submit the annual verification certificates. Pensioners must submit the life certificate to get the pension; in Telangana, people use the T-App folio to get the certificate.

By the end of November, the annual verification certificate was submitted, but it was extend to March 31st, 2021. Pensioners now do not need to make rounds around the treasury officers to submit the life certificate.

I am confused. My mother submitted details and documents in T App but approval Is pending for 2 weeks. Is submitting details in T App is enough? Or is life certificate is complusory and must go the govt office ?At present no Mee seva Or bank doing it. Tiired of roaming offices.

Can anyone shine light on this: My fianc, the beneficiary, was born in Venezuela and has lived in Colombia most all her life. She has a copy of her birth certificate fully executed, stamps, etc from Venezuela (see photo). In reading required documents for our upcoming interview we are reading "Se requiere copia del folio". Is this an additional document we need or will her certified birth certificate cover all the requirements of this "folio"? Also... she called an attorney in Colombia and was told she needs her birth certificate updated to within the past year or the consulate will not accept it. That sounds totally false but I could be wrong. Thank you!
