Systmonline Login

SystmOnline is the online service for patients to arrange appointments, request medications and to view your medical records. You can apply for the service at reception and receive a handout of your login details. Please be aware we can only give the login details to the person the login are for unless we have written consent; this is so we are complying with strict data protection laws.

All information that is sent to your surgery via systmonline is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.

Airmid is the app version of SystmOnline designed to support you, and giving you control of your own healthcare needs. You can login to Airmid using your SystmOnline Username and Password if you have them, or you can use your NHS Login.

If you sign up for the NHSapp, you do not need to sign up for SystmOnline through our Reception team. Once you have signed up for the NHSapp, you can also use this to login to sign into the Airmid app which is an alternative app to SystmOnline provided by our system supplier.

However, please feel free to send an email with all the details as listed in the form below. We can then print off your new login details for you to collect from reception; photo identification will also be required upon collection. Please allow us 5 working days to process this request.

To register for an online account please complete the registration form. Your login information will be sent to you securely via SMS or email. If you wish to collect a printed login you will need to attend in person bringing a form of photo identification with you such as a passport or work ID. Each patient requires their own login and has their own account. Children must be aged 11 or over to have their own account. Parents wishing to have online access for their children will need to complete proxy access forms (see below).

Please note that after 5 incorrect login attempts your account will be disabled. You will need to request a new password from us which you can do by calling or emailing us at enquiries.lodgesurgery@nhs.net

The online system is call Systmonline. To register for this service you will need to come to the surgery in person with photo ID (Passport or Driving License) or you can email us with your details at [theridingsmedicalgroup@nhs.net] (theridingsmedicalgroup@nhs.net) to request a login. We are now able to text you your login details.

Please bring your completed registration form to Fern House Surgery to register and collect your login details. All patients registering for this service will need to provide photographic identification, e.g. passport, driving licence in order to be issued with a user login. For security and confidentiality reasons we can only give logins to the individual in person and we only offer the service for patients aged 16 and over. Login information will not be posted, emailed or faxed to anyone and will not be given out over the telephone.

You can login to Airmid using your SystmOnline Username and Password if you have them. Otherwise, Airmid allows you to use your NHS Login. Following initial setup, you can choose to authenticate your login with biometrics such as Face ID or Touch ID to ensure quick access.

SystmOnline enables you to electronically order prescriptions, view test results and see some of your medical record. Please click on the link below which will take you to systmonline. Patients are required to register for this system. Please speak to a Receptionist, who will assist you with this.

If you would like to sign up for our online services you will need to complete a Registration Form which can be downloaded by clicking on the links below. Please return your completed Registration Form and 2 forms of Identification (ID) (1 photo ID and proof of address) to reception. You will then be issued with a unique login enabling you access online services.

You can now book appointments, cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions online. To sign up to use this service please contact the surgery. Once you have your username and password click here to login or click the Systm Online Link Below to access this service.

Patients who have registered to use the SystmOnline Patient Access system can book routine GP appointments online using their SystmOnline login, which is the same login details as the online repeat prescription requests.

It will be your responsibility to keep your login details and password safe and secure. If you know or suspect that your record has been accessed by someone that you have not agreed should see it, then you should change your password immediately. ff782bc1db
