I know this has probably been asked before but we've been using MECM for about a year now and it really feels like it's lacking in the area of remote control and how it can handle multiple monitors and multiple resolutions. My questions are...

I know Intune was using TeamViewer for remote control but has slowly begun offering it's own version of remote control. Is this TeamViewer stripped down and would this be a better way to go assuming the devices I would remote into are co-managed?

Are there any future plans or discussions about improving MECM's remote control capabilities or is this likely the pinnacle of its evolution? The idea that you have to exit remote control in order to switch from one monitor to another seems a bit clumsy.
