you should be able to spot the major directories where your files were placed. If you are lucky they are all in /home/maaceroo/ROOT or something. Then you can simply do

System App Uninstaller Root Apk Download

To use System App Uninstaller it's essential to have a rooted device. There are several apps you can download from Uptodown that can root your device fairly easily, such as King Root, Towelroot, and Kingo Root. If your device isn't rooted, you can't use this app at all.

Once the app is installed on your rooted device, just choose the apps you want to uninstall and in a few seconds it'll be done. The interface in System App Uninstaller is simple and intuitive, so you won't have any problems deleting the unwanted apps from your device.

If you are bothered by these pre-installed apps on your phone and want to get rid of them, enjoy a cleaner UI with fewer distractions, or get rid of annoying notifications, this guide will show you how to uninstall carrier/OEM bloatware from your device without root access using a few simple steps that involve just your phone and a computer.

While there are some apps or executable batch files you can find on the XDA forums for specific devices, those solutions aren't universal and may apply only to a certain device or a specific Android skin. Some even require root access. The list of pre-installed apps or bloatware differs based on the OEM, carrier, and sometimes even the region where the device is sold in. So it's best to debloat your phone using this method to make sure you uninstall only the apps you want to get rid of.

This works for any system app, this is a good alternative to pm disable-user which still allows you to easily enable app back via Settings. For example, you could uninstall Play Store (pm uninstall --user 0 com.android.vending) and have no way to enable/install any application on default non-rooted device without access to adb or pm.

Being a system application doesn't mean the application has root access ! The second example will work only if the whole device is rooted. In that case your device's security is extremely weak. If you still want to use that approach, just provide the path to your apk (system/app/yourapp/yourapp.apk).l

I attempted to root my Motorola G 2nd Generation, and failed. I tried to remove everything and go back to normal, but the SuperSU app stayed. The phone stated it as an system app. I tried factory resetting, but SuperSU app was still there.

It's strange the your system contains SuperSU while it's not actually rooted. It usually requires root access to install any app to the system so you should just have a .bin file to update. Id you want to remove SU, you'll need to gain root access again and remove the apk after that... You obviously got a correct method of root, but didn't install SuperSU properly, So SuperSU can't manage root permissions, however the method you used to install it to system should be able to remove it as well

As itman said above, this is what worked for me. I have ESS 9 and it is under Setup, Advanced Setup, Wed and Email, SSL/TLS, Root Certificate. Where it says "Add the root certificate to known browsers", disable, then "OK", then re-enable and "OK".

I had this issue a few weeks ago (the setting would still not make it work) and it turned out that I needed to uninstall ESS and manually remove the ESET root certificate as it was still left over on my machine from previous installations or was getting mismatched with ESS (even after using the uninstall tool).

No, I don't think Eset know what the root cause of this problem is yet, I've never had this option turned on before with previous versions, so can't comment on weather the fault was long standing or not, but I was a beta tested from first release and never had the problem till the final release candidate!...the same goes for the lag and slowdown etc, that seems to have been pinpointed to a driver. When it refers to Root Uninstaller, the first thought you can have is to uninstall the apps. How to use this tool to uninstall your Android phone apps? Where to download this root uninstaller? Is Root Uninstaller only for rooted Android phone? With each question you ask, here you can find the answers in this post.

Answer: Root Uninstaller is not necessary for you to root your Android phone to use this software. Check the following list to see what Root Uninstaller can do for you for non-root Android phone and rooted Android phone.

Answer: It has both Free and Pro versions. The previous list shows the free version of this tool. For its Pro version, it also works differently on rooted phone and non-root phone. You can use its functions from the comparison of the below list:

Root Uninstaller is an app to uninstall (or freeze) any other app on your Android, even if it's installed by default or is a system app. That said, as the name indicates, you need a rooted device to use this feature.

Although the app is specially designed to work on rooted devices, it also has features for users who don't have superuser privileges. One of the most interesting is the option to delete applications by the batch, with just a tap on the screen. You can also manage all the APK files you have on the device's memory: delete, install, and install as a system app (only in the PRO version).

But we need to find the root cause of this, you provided a details description, but I need you to remember what actions you did in the node from the very beginning. when you noticed the problem and what actions you did then. . .

Recently I was trying to find why out Windows 10 updates were failing on my computer. The Driver Verifier utility indicated a problem with dcrypt.sys, a file that had been left in %systemroot%\system32\drivers even after I had uninstalled DiskCryptor several years ago.

When I try and remove Cisco AMP version 1.14.0 or newer the way I would with pre 1.14.0 version by running the uninstaller package in /Applications/Cisco AMP (now moved to /Applications/Cisco AMP for Endpoints) the user gets prompted for admin credentials. I've even tried running as root on the command line like I did before:

@dlondon I'm using the following script on version 1.12. It runs without any prompt to user. I use it as we moved to Cortex. As you can see it is manually removing everything rather than use the uninstaller.

Hi @geoff.widdowson Thanks for the reply but your uninstall routine is for the AMP versions before 1.14.0. Please have a look at the link I put in my initial post. Your method is the manual method they show for pre 1.14.0. I first twigged that there was a bit of a shift when I saw the folder in /Applications had changed name to /Applications/Cisco AMP for Endpoints. The thing that is a big change is the use of System Extensions instead of Kernel Extensions. I think that when their uninstall package is run, the prompt is an extra layer of security - like a "do you really want to delete this file". I tried command line removal of the the two System Extensions using the Mac OS command line tool systemextensionsctl as root

Tossing my hat in the ring as another AMP customer that wants to silently uninstall. (So I can then turn around and reinstall with another Jamf policy) Pushing the uninstaller .pkg used to work like a charm, not anymore. Both it & scripted removal trigger end user authentication prompts.

The --user flag in the above command is important because it tells the system to uninstall the app for the current user only (and 0 is the default/main user of the phone). There is no way you can uninstall the app from all users unless you root the phone.

Depending on your phone manufacturer, some phones come with only a few bloatware, and the system apps can be disabled easily while others are full of third-party apps that you cannot remove or disable at all. The instructions above will allow you to get rid of those bloatware system apps from your Android phone, without having to root your phone. ff782bc1db
