Go to https://www.syscad.net/ and log in with your username and password. If you don't have an account, you will need to contact SysCAD support or your company's principal SysCAD contact person to get one.
Once you are logged in, you will see a list of available files to download. These include:
Full installation files for major builds. These are for new users or users upgrading to a new build (e.g., from Build 138 to Build 139). The full install includes the main SysCAD files, basefiles, example files, utilities files, and documentation. However, it does not include client-specific add-ons. For clients with specific add-ons, please see the next point.
SysCAD update files for minor builds. These are for updates within the same major build number (e.g., from Build 139.30918 to Build 139.31157). These only include the main SysCAD files. You will need to have SysCAD already installed on your computer before applying the update.
SysCAD update files for client-specific add-ons. These are for clients who have purchased customized features or models from SysCAD. You will only see the add-ons that you are entitled to. Make sure that the build number of the add-on matches the build number of the main SysCAD files.
Updated and additional documentation. These include the online SysCAD wiki, supplementary tutorial files, example reports, example PGM files, etc. Some of these are included in the full install, while others are only available here.
