This Privacy Policy explains how SYNTHSWARM (“the Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Android game. The Game is free to play and offers optional rewarded advertisements and a one-time purchase that lets eligible players claim the same bounded rewards without watching ads.
1. Information the Game handles
No account, cloud save, or social profile. We do not ask you to create an account, provide your name, upload content, or connect a social network. Game progress, settings, and permanent upgrades are stored locally on your device.
The Game and its service providers may process:
• Advertising and device data: IP address, which may estimate approximate location; advertising or app-set identifiers; device or account identifiers; ad impressions; video views; taps; and other app interactions.
• Diagnostics: device type, operating system, SDK version, app launch and performance information, crashes, hangs, and related technical events.
• Purchase and entitlement data: Google Play product identifier, purchase status, acknowledgement state, order ID, and owned-purchase results needed on your device to validate and restore remove_ads. The Game does not send this data to a developer server or another purchase processor.
• Support and deletion requests: your email address and information you voluntarily send us, including a Google Play order ID if provided for purchase support.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Google Play processes payment credentials and the financial transaction.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to provide game functionality, rewarded ads, purchases, entitlement checks and restoration; respect advertising consent choices; measure ad delivery and product interactions; diagnose failures; prevent fraud and invalid purchases; respond to support and privacy requests; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
The Game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ad data is encrypted in transit.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and store advertising consent where required. When privacy options are available, you can reopen them from the Game menu. Rewarded ads are voluntary. Declining an ad does not block ordinary gameplay; it only means the optional advertised reward is not granted.
4. Purchases and Google Play Billing
The Game uses Google Play Billing directly for the one-time managed product remove_ads. Google Play processes payment credentials and maintains the purchase record. The Game queries Google Play for currently owned purchases and grants the entitlement only when Google Play reports remove_ads as purchased and acknowledged. No developer purchase server or additional purchase processor receives the purchase token.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information is disclosed to Google only as needed for the purposes above. Google may process information on servers outside your country under its privacy terms and applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights or safety. We do not sell personal information ourselves.
6. Retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until overwritten, cleared, or the Game is uninstalled. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Google, Google Play, and AdMob retain service, purchase, and fraud-prevention records according to their policies and legal obligations. Network communications with the named providers use TLS encryption.
7. Your choices, access, and deletion
You can use the in-game privacy choices when available, reset or delete the Android advertising ID, clear local progress in Android app storage settings, or uninstall the Game.
To request deletion of support correspondence or other data controlled by Baeksungilryu:
1) Email itsarainyday88@gmail.com.
2) Use the subject “SYNTHSWARM Privacy Request.”
3) Describe what you want deleted. You may include a Google Play order ID for purchase support, but never send a purchase token or full payment-card number.
4) We will verify and process the request, explain any legal retention requirement, and confirm the result.
Data that can be deleted by us: support emails and information voluntarily provided to us, subject to necessary legal retention.
Data not stored in our account-keyed system: local game progress and advertising or purchase records held solely by Google. Manage local data through Android settings and provider data through in-game privacy choices, Android advertising controls, and Google privacy controls.
8. Age and children
SYNTHSWARM is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
