Important Notice

• We would like to ask all SOC members, session chairs, and rapporteurs to gather in front of the stage in the main room after the Wednesday AM1 session concludes. We will confirm the submission of the summary for the SOC meeting scheduled on Friday.

• The LOC has decided to basically ask participants returning via Hachinohe Station to take the train, as it is the most efficient option. We recommed that you should buy the train ticket in advance. If you need to buy your train ticket, please ask the people at the reception people. They will give you a ride to the station and guide how to buy the ticket. 

• Because access to Misawa Airport by train is inconvenient, we recommend that participants returning via Misawa Airport ask the LOC to arrange transportation. If you plan to take a flight from Misawa and have not yet informed the LOC, please contact us at synobs@mri-jma.go.jp. 

• Zoom link information is provided from this link. (But we kindly request on-site  participants, except for chairs, to avoid conncting the Zoom Link through the Free-Wi-Wi of the venue.)

• If you cannot access the workshop materials, including the zoom information above, please register the email address you use for the workshop registration of the workshop as a Google Account, or provide your existing Google Account to the LOC at synobs@mri-jma.go.jp.

• Please share any photos taken during the workshop in the following shared folder: Photos

• You can use a chartered bus from the Plaza hotel Mutsu to the venue on August 24-28. The first bus will departs at 08:30 (Changed from Tuesday), and  the bus will return and go to the venue a couple of times.  Please come around the hotel main entrance  no later than 9:00. Please also check the guide on access to the venue.

• To oral presenters: We dcieded collect all presentation files to the computer designated for presentations Ons-sight speakers are kindly requested to copy your presentation file to the computer by using USB stick. Please also submit your presentation files to the designated Google Drive folder in advance if you have a connection to the internet (please refer to the website for the link). 

• To poster presenters: Please submit your flush talk file (PPTX format) and your poster file to the incoming Google Drive folder as soon as possible. We also request on-site poster presenters to put on the panel at the venue on Monday. 

• To Repporteurs: You can make your own document file on the Chairs&Rapporteurs Space folder and make your summary in the file. 

• Please review Gudeline for oral and poster presenters, chairs and rapporteurs.

• Please also check the Japan Domestic Travel Guide for information on the travel from and to Hachinohe Sation and Misawa, Haneda, Narita, and Aomori Airports.

• Please avoid using the Free Wi-Fi of the venue as far as possible because we now use the system for managing the webmeeing system of the workshop. Instead we may test another Wi-Fi system with te following access information again:
