Important Notice

• To all Presenters: Please submit your presentation or poster files to the incoming folder by September 5. Please note that submitting poster files is mandatory for poster presenters. It would also be greatly appreciated if oral presenters could upload their presentation files to share.

• To rapporteurs: Please submit the summaries of the assigned sessions and posters to the the session summary folder by September  5.

• A summary of the SOC meeting on  Friday morning (August 28) is available in a Google Doc at this link.  If you think any action items are missed, you may add the action items to the Google Doc.

• We have already assigned the sessions of the BAMS workshop report to those who attend the SOC meeting. However, if you wish to contribute to drafting the report, please contact the LOC at synobs@mri-jma.go.jp.

• You can find the zoom recording files in the recording folder. Please note that the recordings have not yet been edited. After editing, they will generally be made publicly available. If you would like any part of your presentation to be excluded from the publicly released recordings, please contact the LOC at synobs@mri-jma.go.jp.

• We also share workshop photos in the photos folder. It would be greatly appreciated if you could upload any photos you took to the folder. If you would like any photos to be removed from the folder, please contact the LOC at synobs@mri-jma.go.jp.
