Synaptica does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app operates entirely offline on your device. We do not collect any personal data, use analytics or tracking tools, send data to external servers, require user accounts or sign-ins, use advertising or ad networks, or access your contacts, location, camera, or photos.
Data Stored on Your Device
Synaptica stores the following data locally on your device only: your neural network creations (auto-saved for session continuity), challenge progress, XP, and earned titles, and theme and settings preferences. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app.
Device Sensors
Synaptica uses the accelerometer for tilt-based gravity effects in the simulation. This data is processed locally and never stored or transmitted. The app generates procedural audio for sound effects but no audio is recorded. Haptic feedback is used to provide tactile responses during interactions.
Third-Party Services
Synaptica does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect data.
Children's Privacy
Synaptica does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
