I am working as leading senior researcher at the Institute of Psychology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. At the institute, I founded and am leading the Brno Lab of Intergroup Processes.

I am also senior researcher at the Institute of Social Neuroscience and Social Psychology at the University of Bern, Switzerland.

My main research interest relates to improving relations between social groups – through intergroup contact, mass media exposure, and careful use of language describing people in intergroup context.
