General Information
Protecting your privacy is important to us. Syluno is a locally playable visual tracking and brain-training game.
Syluno does not require a user account, display advertisements, or use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Stored Locally
Syluno may store the following information locally on your device:
• selected language
• sound and haptic preferences
• standard-mode high score
• Phase Swarm high score
• game progress and settings
• local entitlement status for the Phase Swarm expansion
This locally stored information is used only to provide the app’s functions and preserve your settings and progress.
The developer does not receive this information, and it is not independently transmitted to the developer or shared with third parties.
In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing
Syluno offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the Phase Swarm expansion.

Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase-related information such as purchase status, product ID, transaction identifiers, country, currency, payment method, and other information required to complete and manage the transaction.
The developer does not receive complete credit card, bank account, or other complete payment details. Syluno only checks through Google Play whether the expansion was legitimately purchased so that access can be granted or restored.

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Syluno contains:
• no advertising
• no personalized advertising
• no analytics services
• no independent tracking services
• no social networking services
• no user accounts
• no location access
• no independent transmission of game progress to developer-operated servers
Permissions
Syluno does not request unnecessary device permissions.
The app uses the official Google Play Billing interface to process and restore the optional Phase Swarm purchase. Internet access may be required for communication with Google Play during product queries, purchases, and restoration.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored settings, progress, and high scores remain on the device until:
• the app’s data is deleted through the Android system settings, or
• the app is uninstalled
You can delete this locally stored information at any time by clearing Syluno’s app data through your device settings or uninstalling the app.
After reinstalling Syluno, a permanent purchase previously made through Google Play may be detected and restored. Purchase and payment information is retained and processed by Google according to Google’s applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Because Syluno does not provide user accounts or use developer-operated servers, the developer does not store personal player profiles or server-side game progress that would require a separate deletion request.
Data Security
Syluno limits data processing to what is technically necessary for the app’s operation.
Locally stored information remains within the app storage area of the Android device. Purchases are handled through the official Google Play Billing system.
Children’s Privacy
Syluno is a general visual tracking and brain-training game and is not specifically directed at children.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not contain advertising, social features, user accounts, or direct communication functions.
Third-Party Services
Syluno uses Google Play services solely where required for distributing the app and processing or restoring the optional in-app purchase.
Google may process data according to its own terms and privacy policies. The developer does not control Google’s independent processing of information.
