waterfall methodology

you began the project, define the requirements, you do an analyze to show that yu ahve understood the requirements.  you make aproject for 1 year, 6 months, or wahtever, and then after this planning, you put the project in production.  in the middle, you do a test phase.  you have a lot of time without any relationship with the client.  it was a methodology where at the end you spent your time in making things but not losing time with meetings, giving opportunities to change the requirements.  

but it´s true that sometimes when you finish the project the cuestion or the project were very different for what the client need or after so many time, the initial requirements were separate or had changed between, with respect to the initial requirements.  so it was difficult to have good results. 

it was a good methodology

we are doing a constant follow-up of the project.  not only us but all the people involved in the project. 

so it is very easy to identify if there is a problem or desviacion.

you divide project in sprints every 15 deadlines.
