he told me to come to his house and he will ___ downstairs = he told me to come to his house and he would come downstairs (would / will, depending on if the event already happened-same in spanish?)
in fact he told me that today maybe it was fixed = in fact he told me that today maybe it would be fixed
the bread was not a typical bread because his flavor are dulce (reported speech) = The bread was not a typical bread because its flavor was sweet
he say us that we not be pesadas = he told us not to be annoying (in spanish would be reported speech, in english an infinitive verb phrase)
