Cockroach milk, produced by the Pacific beetle cockroach (Diploptera punctata), is a nutrient-rich substance researchers have identified as potentially one of the most complete foods on Earth. Unlike most insects, this cockroach gives birth to live young and nourishes them with a crystalline "milk" packed with protein, essential amino acids, healthy fats, and sugars. Studies have shown it contains three times more energy than cow's milk. While not commercially available due to extraction challenges and public hesitancy, scientists are exploring ways to synthesize it as a futuristic
